1. I received quite rapidly my first package of 2 ties
2. I never received my second package of 2 ties, but after I corresponded with the seller, I received 2 new ties quite rapidly also.
3. I never received my last package of 1 tie and no answer from the seller after 3 messages. I find that there is no option provided by DHgate in this case.
I find it easier to deal with E-bay when something like this happens. You can cancel the transaction and be refund in one click or almost.
