DHgate seems to use only expensive shipping companies like FeDex or methods like EMS. China Post is much cheaper and reliable. Specially for small packs up to 2kg, u can get good price and time delivery. Other websites we buy from use it no problem. DH seems to make some money shiping as well. Sellers in DH often use "Free Shipping", but nobody work for free in China I believe, specially delivery companies, so it shows up on price of the product and since postage fee is different for each country, you might ending up paying much then you should.

DHgate supports express couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and a lot more as well as postal couriers such as Chinapostairmail, Singaporepost and Hongkongpost to name a few. There are different couriers available for each item since this depends on the policies of the shipping company on what types of items they accept. If only express couriers are available for the item that you have ordered but you want it to be shipped via a postal courier, you can always get in touch with the merchant and inform them about your request. Our sellers will be able to arrange it as the shipper and supplier of the items on our website. To contact the seller, you just need to click either the "online chat" or "message" button at the right side on the item page. Our sellers are willing to cooperate as long as there is proper communication.
DHgate does not get the shipping cost payments since the seller is paying the exact amount to the courier and the shipping rates is beyond DHgate's control. We are not a courier provider, we are the platform for sellers to sell.

Ordered a jersey in Oct of 16. In dec told it was lost and they would reship a replacement. When asked for tracking number 5 days later was asked " what didn't receive it". Like I was lying. Was told they would resend one more time and again no tracking number. Contacted again in jan of 17 was told it was sent thru FedEx but when i checked on it found out was given fake tracking number. They say the original package was delivered but I didn't get it. Made a dispute and dhgate closed it even though I never received my order

The seller has also been able to provide a valid shipping label to show that they have sent the package to the correct address.
Since you mentioned that you have not received it, we suggest that you contact your local post or USPS and provide to them the tracking number above. In order for them to check on their end if they still have the package. That way, they can schedule a re-delivery or you can claim the package at the post office.

Purchased a Goophone for my daughter for Xmas, opened Xmas day, worked for 5 minutes, then nothing and wouldn't charge, ordered replacement to appease my daughter, and realised we were also sent the wrong model, had to pay to return the faulty wrong phone, which they weren't available to receive, so now it's coming back to me, and am £105 out of pocket, NOT impressed. They don't respond to messages, have lost the will with it...

After a month and several emails to the seller I still don't have any information for my parcel. Only 1 tracking number was provided which is invalid.
I visited a DHL office and mentioned the seller provided wrong information as they dont have any shipments coming my way nor under my name.

They have a seller called Graceful Ladies that does not have true USA sizes, when you try to return the merchandise they refuse to give you their shipping address, THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT the return, They do NOT REFUND despite the policy of allowing refund on DHgate site. HOW DARE THEY state that items are returnable & refundable when in fact they do not comply? Buy from a reputable company, stay away from DHGate.

You actually had an option to return an item and get a full refund even if the seller was not confirming the proposal you submitted. For your reference, you have an option to escalate the case to our Resolution Center on the 5th day since the dispute was filed if you have not reached an agreement with the merchant.
Since you agreed on your seller's proposal for a partial refund, mediation option is no longer available. The refund was already completed in our system on 2017-01-22 04:40 and the money was returned to the same card account you used to pay for the order.
If you still want to return the item, we suggest that you communicate with the seller and reach an agreement. Items can be returned especially if it is not as described.

Never shop with Walmart Store. They will steal your money and your item will never be delivered. I ordered from them in December 2015, so more than 1 year ago and the item has never been received. When I contact them they keep saying that they will follow up with the forwarder. I made a complaint twice with DhGate to get my money back but nothing... I ordered so many times with Dh Gate without any troubles but with this Walmart Store I got stolen, don' t shop with them!
