I bought one of their leather vests hoodies during a Black Friday sale in 2022. Over two months later and I haven't received my package yet. This is February 3,2023 and there hasn't been an update about where my package is since January 3. By now I should have received it by anyone's standards and still nothing.

I received my order and my gown was tagged size 2xl and that wasn't true. I took it to a seamstress she stated it was way too small for a 2xl gown. I've reached out to them several times and they suggest I order another gown so I can get the right size. That was planned old stupid bc I should've received the right size when I placed my order. I took a picture of the medium gown & along size with the the other gown I brought in stores were a medium gown. I will not shop with them never again. A very upset client bc I had to another gown.

I bought a jacket from one of there vendors who is too small. They wouldn't exchange it or refund it and management didn't do anything at all except encourage it. A total scam. Cheap clothing with sizes that don't match small medium large. Their clothes are made for midgets really cheap stuff to.

DHgate vendors ship products directly from China and it takes weeks to receive their products. I contacted them 8 weeks after I placed an order, and was told that it's coming soon. About 3 weeks later I got an empty envelop (instead of a package) and my order was updated to Delivered. I've been trying to get a refund and the DHgate customer services reps do not want to deal with it. They are asking me to contact a seller on their site and ask them why they cheated. Very disappointing experience. Below is a picture of a package (still unopened) that was supposed to have a backpack.

Do not buy from these people! I order something 2 months ago and they have the nerve to tell it it's delay because of the holiday. It's doesn't take 2 month…No tracking, when asked no tracking given. When I requested a refund twice, they NEVER REPLIED. Please do not waste your time.

They say quarenteed refund. I recieved no refund. I bought 6 dresses standard size because if it's custom I knew I would not get refunded. I picked one and wanted to send back the rest for a refund and it's a nightmare. You can't reach anyone and the sellers don't want to give money back. I will never buy from dhgate again.

Dealing with this site has been a true nightmare. I purchased an item in July 2022, the item has gone back-and-forth from being available to canceled. I was never able to get a refund. Reaching someone at the site is impossible. I truly regret having found this place.

They removed the "cancel my order" option and the "open dispute" option. I messaged the seller and company to cancel my order right after it was placed (and should not have been) when it was "awaiting payment". They ignored my request. Then it was showing shipped. I again messaged them, and no response. I even started a live chat and emailed the management team. No help at all. Terrible service, terrible. Please do not buy anything here!
