I received an order confirmation as soon as possible when I place the order within 24 hours, but they still haven't deliver my order, and it's been like 10 days.

I order a set of eye glasses from this company, and then recognized that I had mistakenly clicked on the wrong shipping address. I wrote the company and they changed the address very quickly and caught it on time before the glasses were shipped. I'm very pleased with their customer support and I love the eye glasses!

I do like the glasses, but was told I would have to pay to send them back to get prescription added into them. So I will probably just find a glasses place by me to bring them to instead, but they came to me packaged well, in good condition, and what I was lookin for

The Flexon Edison 600 is an excellent frame as I have been using one for my prescription DriveWear sun glass lenses for a year.
I wanted another one for my regular eye glasses. My new Flexon Edison 600 arrived in excellent condition.
I just wish customer service could be more expeditious in responding to customer inquiries. My email question about temple length -which should be Included with size measurements on the website- was not answered for 48 hours. This delayed me placing the order and consequently delayed delivery. This will delay my progressive prescription being filled. Was hoping to have my new glasses before starting our Thanksgiving Road Trip.
Would be nice if customer service could answer phone calls on weekends or a little after 2PM PST.
Good news is: I'll have my new eye glasses before Christmas.

It took a couple days longer than the website suggested but if you're willing to wait a couple days for frames that arent available anywhere else in the colors you want that also happen to be a fraction of the price, Then I highly recommend this site

This company did send me a quality pair of glasses at a great price. But... the frames I picked out were out of stock, and I wasn't told this until a week after I ordered. The company did not communicate with me. When I contacted them they were always on vacation for Jewish holidays. I'm glad I primarily wear contacts because waiting almost two months for these glasses would have put me in a real bad spot if I needed them for primary wear. I won't use them again.

Stay away from this company! Ordered sunglasses online from Designer optics. Didn't receive any order confirmation. Emailed them questioning whether the order was placed. Then emailed two more times. Then phoned each day for 8 days. Left messages; no response. Contacted my credit card company and learned I had been charged. I again emailed them notifying them I wished to cancel the order as I ordered them from amazon, due to lack of any acknowledgment from them for 8 days. Low and behold, a sudden response from them saying they had already shipped. Shady operation. Save yourself and do not put yourself through the frustration of dealing with this store. The price on Amazon was lower, I received order confirmation immediately, and they shipped within 24 hours.

I ordered sunglasses 1 month ago and they came in with scratches. Since then I have been unable to get a return authorization number to send the product back. No response from customer service. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. The small savings they offer are not worth the risk.

Love my frames and the shipping was super fast! So grateful I found this site! I fell in love with a pair of Coach frames at a eye glasses store but couldn't spend $180 on them. I found them for HALF OFF on this site and was so excited to get them.

Answer: Actually its not a scam, I took my glasses to a gucci retailer and had them verified.

Answer: Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.
Answer: Their Customer Service is absolute garbage...
Answer: I put in an order from Canada back in April 2025. There were some delays in shipping and delivery due to holiday long weekend and availability of the frames I ordered from the store. But I did get my order after a few weeks delay. So they are legitimate. Price I paid for the frames was reasonable even with the dollar exchange rate. I would consider ordering from Designer Optics again.
