Very easy to order! And the product line is beautiful.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this company. I have ordered Moses baskets for my sister and 2 close friends as baby shower gifts. The craftsmanship is the best I've seen and the patterns and colors are absolutely beautiful. I looked at a lot of different stores (local and online) before landing on this one. I was a little hesitant to buy at first because it's not local and I didn't know what I would end up with, but I'm happy I took the chance. Each time I received my order during the estimated delivery time and it was well packaged. This is now my go to store for baby shower gifts and I've pretty much earned the reputation of being the "basket lady" amongst my family and friends. They all loved their gifts and thought they were very unique. I can't wait to buy one for my next child!

Not only Design Dua has an exceptional handmade very high quality product yet also their Customer Service is absolutely wonderful. I had some delivery issue with my order due to the shipping company had had mixed up my home address yet the customer care team was so helpful and supportive through the process of recovering my items. Design Dua is very responsive, helpful, professional company, which takes care of their clients in every aspect of the business. I personally can't be more happy and satisfied with my order and would highly recommended this business to everyone!

I wanted to write this review because the other reviews on this site nearly deterred me from purchasing from Design Dua so I want to provide a counterpoint. I purchased the Moses basket & changing basket combination along with the stand and some extra sheets. My items just arrived, so haven't used with baby yet, but they are well made and beautiful. With the liner in the moses basket, the inside of the basket is very soft. The leather color is as pictured. My order shipped super fast - much faster than I was expecting. I ordered on a Thursday or Friday and everything arrived just a few days later on Wednesday. I was so pleasantly surprised! The prices were very reasonable for handmade products. The company has many positive Etsy reviews which is what eventually swayed me to go ahead with my order but I wanted to leave a positive review on this page.

I loved my Moses pod. Unfortunately, the first time I tried to wash the casing, the zipper totally broke, rendering the Moses pod useless.
I contacted customer service. Since it had been some time since the purchase (I received it before my baby was born), I didn't even expect a refund or replacement. I just wanted to buy a new case, which they apparently do not sell separately. They encouraged me to buy a "cover" which explicitly states in the description that it does not work as a replacement casing. When I pointed that out, they told me the only way to get a new case was to buy a new Moses pod.
So, I spent 80 dollars on a product that lasted for only one baby.

I received this "handmade" basket after spending over $200 on it. The basket is lop sided, the tag isn't centered (handmade so again, not considered a defect) and my "leather" handles were bright orange. Needless to say, contacting customer service is a waste of time. They will not take ownership in their jacked up basket! Instead I get to pay to have it shipped back and then have my shipping of the original basket taken out of my refund even if it was free shipping as part of a promo with purchasing! Beware people! I'm stuck with a messed up basket!

This "business" charged our credit credit card and shipped us something. The courier never delivered it despite the address being a commercial mail receiving facility open during business hours. The package was returned to the sender because it was never delivered. We had to threaten a chargeback to get them to refund us, it was a fight. Following this there were 6-7 emails back and forth about why they can't refund the shipping fee.

Sadly, I have to agree with the other reviewer. I wish I had never given them my business. There are other companies with beautiful products at comparable prices, and they HAVE to be friendlier and more professional than Design Dua. I wish I'd ordered from anyone else.

After spending almost $400 on baskets and stands and bedding, it's impossible to speak with a customer service rep on the phone. The owner said that is not an option. The service rep, Grace, comes across as cold, and doesn't seem to understand the screenshots or comments from my emails. She just keeps telling me to refer to their homepage, which doesn't answer why it appears something might be missing from my order. I sent a screenshot showing that my order says " PLUS Cotton Bedding," which made me think it was included (since I also chose the option from the drop down menu when I ordered."

The owner explained today that I added that option from the wrong page (?) and it didn't show up in my cart (even though my order says " PLUS Cotton Bedding." I am an avid online shopper and still do not understand what she means that I added it from the wrong page. I cannot even find a different option to add the bedding I thought I ordered. SO CONFUSING.

My highest recommendation is to avoid this company, and order from the others who sell beautiful bassinets, stands, and changing baskets for similar prices. It simply is not worth it to do business with them.
