I was shipped a dog bed that had no cushion in it. They no short of called me a liar and offered NO solution unless I wanted to file a fed ex claim. I have no clue if it was fed ex or their facility that is at fault. I purchased many other items from them in the past and honestly feel like they have a decent product but way over priced. The only reason I purchased this new dog bed is because it matched my other dog bed in my bedroom. After this never again. To spend $155 on a dog basket with not bed is obsurd and then to be treated like an idiot for contacting them is beyond ridiculous. On top of this I contacted them on the day I received the bed and I"m writing this review a day shy of 2 weeks later because it's taken them this long to deal with the issue.
I am so disappointed in Designdua. A changing basket was purchased via my baby registry, and because it was a gift was not realized to have been stolen until 6 weeks after it was purchased. I loved the basket so much, and this is my first baby. The customer service team was extremely untimely. I had to reach out numerous times, and when they did finally get back to me they basically told me that they wanted nothing to do with helping me. Route, the insurance that the gift giver paired extra for, only covers the first two weeks, which I'm sure 9 out of 10 times is outside when most recipients of gifts finally feel comfortable enough asking the gift giver to track the package as it's rude. The care team had absolutely no care for me even though it would have been so simple to send a new basket. I have no respect for the way they handle business now. Might as well have gone to a large company if I wanted to be treated like just a number.
You can tell from the responses from the "Design Dua Rep" what cusomter service you can expect and what type of company you are dealing with. Rude, condecsing, unhelpful and clearly not customer or solution oriented.
I ordered a basket/stand combo. It was during a holiday sale and they said orders would ship out the week of Cyber Monday. I'd received no communication and it was the week after cyber monday so I reached out asking when the item was to ship. Not to expidete anything and not to cancel my order. Custmer support refused to answer the question stating that other companies have long shipping times (lol not sure what that has to do with design dua and its not entirely true anyway). After me telling the rep that I found her tone very rude and that I would like an update she offered to cancel my order which I specifically said I did not want. I said this multiple times through out our conversations and because this company cannot understand or hear that they have issues she got upset and canceled my order on her own without my consent.She then refused to reinstate my order saying they were unable to fulfill it. Honeslty moses baskets are not hard to find and there are way better companies.I would try Plum & Sparrow instead. I hope the owners see how bad the service is and the affects it has on their business. If you look at the reviews on amazon and any other site other than their own (because they likely dont post the critical reviews to their own websites) the feedback on service is pretty consistent. It's really bad, do not give your money to this company.
I was super excited after reading good reviews to purchase a mattress pad however when I received the mattress it was very hard and uncomfortable. I never used it just felt it and when asking to return I was told I couldn't do to opening. How can I feel material without opening? Very unfortunate and unprofessional.
I would absolutely order again or may be as a gift...!

My daughter-in-law wanted this for her second pregnancy but now really need it for her third. With 2 small boys, it will be super helpful to carry the bassinet from room to room. She loved the pink weave for her soon to be arriving daughter. It was everything she wanted. The basket is beautiful. Sheets were ordered as well and came first. I was concerned that the bassinet would arrive after her shower. I reached out to customer support and it was delivered in plenty of time. A wonderful gift and wonderful experience.

Overall love the basket and stand design. The basket slopes down on each end, so that is making me nervous to put my newborn in it for sleep. The SnuggleMe also doesn't fit, which is okay, I thought that it would though.

Website was good. No problem finding what I was looking for and contact regarding shipping and arrival of item was appreciated. The box it was in was busted on one end the tape was loose. Item was fine but you may want to use more tape.
