SCAM! Don't bother buying anything from this site, they will take your money and go missing in action. Don't ever buy anything from Dealfind.com. I had purchased a coupon for haircut, and called the number to make an appointment, it was never answered. So I googled the name "The New Image" and it says that the business is closed. So I contacted Dealfind, com, they told me to keep calling the number and leave a clear message which I did several times with no reply whatsoever. And I contacted dealfind.com again several times about a month ago, and I still yet to hear from them. I guess since I'm not getting my money back, I feel the need to tell everyone to be careful buying anything from dealfind.com
Totally unprofessional. Refused to intervene when merchant wouldn't honour my (4) vouchers. Wouldn't issue a credit as it was over one year since purchase (no expiry on vouchers). Finally they said it was a "legal matter between them and the merchant and my case was closed" I think customers should bring a class action suit against them.
I bought a coupon for $120.00 off of a wind shield at CalAlta onbly to have them raise their prices by $120.00. I recieve 4 quotes from 4 companies all at $200.00. CalAlta came back at $319.00 less the coupon, or if I didn't have an online coupon they would sell me an in house one for $100.00. Both a scam on Dealfind's part as well as Calalta.
Wish I could give it negative stars. This company is doomed.
Still waiting on an order placed months ago. Was finally told (3 weeks ago) that it shipped and they gave me a non-working tracking number. Oh, and their customer service is non-existent. You have to go through Teambuy. Teambuy is actually quite helpful, but even they can't get around what a bogus piece of $#*! company DealFind is.
Dealfind will NEVER have my business again.
Warning! Do not use this website. Why have they not been shut down for fraudulent practices? It is a scam. Fake businesses with fake addresses, websites and telephone numbers are set up to take your money! It happened to me twice. I bought two vouchers at the same time and neither one of them were from a legitimate business. And they won't refund or credit you for a voucher that supposedly never expires. They need to be shut down!
ZERO they do not deserve a star, I had to leave a star to tell you about my experience though. Unethical customer service. Check out marketplace on CBC.
Awful, awful, awful. Worst customer service ever.
Check out this video on marketplace that highlights unsatisfied customers of dealfinds:

Was there a merger here? If so, that may be the reason my experience was good today (vs. What I've seen in other reviews). My bad experience was with a merchant who would have me drive 30 miles (2x I tried) and then cancel my appointment while I was sitting in the business parking lot waiting for her. The good news is that Dealfind actually resolved my issue within 24 hours (like they said they would). Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for the company.
I purchased vouchers for cleaning service and the deal says the voucher will never expire. Then I could never get in touch with the service provider. And now I can't get my money back or dealfind credit because deafind says it passed their refund time! I lost more than two hundred dollars.
I placed an order in January, 2013 for 4 sets of bed sheets. They took my MONEY.
I never received the Ordered Products.
I emailed them demanding my Money back and their reply was "Sorry, Can't do that."
I since asked for information to Track the orders - No Reply.
Why is this Website active - Still in business.

Taken for a ride
That's a real scam. They sold vouchers to a cleaning company with non-existing e-mail address and invalid phone number. After multiple e-mails they finally gave me credit back for the vouchers. What is the credit worth if it only can be used on their fake deals?
I also ordered 2 alarm clocks more than 1/2 year ago. Still haven't gotten them. THey keep sending me tracking number that says the item entered united states. What good it it for me if the item doesn't arrive? Still not getting anywhere with that.
Dealfind.com company partnered with a local "haul-away" service company. A number of months after buying the coupon, I phoned the company to schedule service.
The "haul-away" company refused to honor the Dealfind coupon, which was never supposed to expire. Dealfind then refused to refund the money that I spent with them instead offering "Dealfind dollars" as a refund, as per their policy.
Of course, after this company refused to honor their Dealfind coupon, I won't be using Dealfind again... so offering me "Dealfind dollars" is useless.
The policy to give refunds after a certain amount of time as "Dealfind Dollars", essentially, is "screw you, customer, we got your money and you can't do anything about it. Since you can't do anything about it, we are stealing that money and providing you with no services".
Stay away from Dealfind. Stay very far away.
I have ordered two vouchers from dealfind, neither of which their contracted vendor would ever provide service. And now I can't get my money back, just dealfind bucks.
I purchased the following tablet deal on Jan 26th, 2012 from dealfind. http://www.dealfind.com/Promotions/ottawa/hipstreet-titan-tablet-with-android-os-hoc*******
The vendor was http://www.hipstreet.com/.
It is now February 6th and I have not received my tablet yet. Worst yet I have been trying to get HipStreet to tell me the status of my order and they can not. I keep getting the run around and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. So far I am helpless as Dealfind has told me me they can't help deal with HipStreet. I will not make a dealfind purchase again because of this experience.
THEY ARE A SCAM!
NO NUMBER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE.
EMAILS ARE NEVER ANSWERED UNLESS IT'S BY COPY/PASTE BASICALLY TELLING YOU THAT YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY LEFT WITH 100$ OF MINE.
STAY FAR AWAY!
I have bought a few coupons through dealfind and there was something wrong with every single one. One of these reviews says that they are on the customer's side; that certainly isn't true, so apparently it isn't good for anyone.
I bought a dealfind an inn, and it was such a dump that I didn't even feel comfortable staying there. The only redeeming feature of the place was it's pool/hottub, which they failed to mention anywhere, including the inn's website, was closed for renovations. They refused to refund it even in part.
I bought a dealfind for hair services. Dealfind apparently failed to print the disclaimer that hair longer then shoulder length might incur an extra cost. The salon was super, but that was still a little annoying.
One was for glasses; except you could walk into the store and get them cheaper on a store deal. So there's a wasted 30 bucks.
They also ran an ad for a t-shirt that was pretty misogynistic. Similar sites sold the same shirt in a non-sexist way.
Anyway, overall I do not recommend. They don't stand behind their products, their deals are quite possibly $%!#, and they don't try to make it right. If you want a deal, you can find the same thing on Groupon, Teambuy, Living Social, etc.
I'm writing as a merchant about working with Dealfind on two deals over two years. I have learned they have merged with Teambuy and will be running a deal with them in the next couple months. Expect another review of my post merger experience with Dealfind once that's done.
Dealfind and Groupon seem to be the big players in the game and I have had good experiences with both. Dealfind was the first site I did business with and it went so well the first time that about a year later I did it again... for a bigger cut of course. The first time I worked with them I was pretty green to the whole interweb deal thing but I still asked for 60/40 instead of 50/50 on the grounds that we would be helping them more than they helped us. My business is a rock climbing gym and we don't have the competition that a restaurant or spa would have. We've been doing fine since day one so I tried a little hard ball. I also said that if we sold more than 500 I would want a bigger cut next time.
Deal went down and we sold over 600 one day and five day passes. Payment was received in a timely fashion and the file with all the customers names and such was sent over the second the deal was over.
Deal number two went just about the same a year(ish) later and I got the cut I wanted and we sold something like 1250 passes. Redemption for both deals is hovering at around 20%. If you do the math it was very worth while.
The only thing that I have found Groupon has over Dealfind is the app they have for scanning and redeeming passes. Dealfind sends you all the info and you have to make up your own database. Not a big deal but the app from Groupon makes tracking use a breeze. In my opinion its the only thing that Groupon really has over Dealfind. Now- that being said I've been assured by Dealfind that they now have the greatest tracking software ever made by man. I promise to give that a review after I run the next offer.
LOL when will I ever learn my lesson with dealfind.com :) I have purchased a desk, jewellery, sd card, razors (embarrasingly the list goes on) but have NEVER RECEIVED THESE ITEMS. At least dealfind.com customer service does eventually get back to you but it's not always what you want to hear (what do you expect from cheap labour out of North America). Luckily I have learned my lesson and I always charge these type of internet purchases on a credit card that can be easily disputed as long as you document the correspondence. Sadly dealfind.com does exclusively offer certain deals that no other site offers. Ugggghhhh.
I ordered a tablet nov 28 and i still havent recieved it. I attempted to email them but no responce. Im really afraid ive been scammed anyone know what i should do? Or know what to do to contact a real person?
Dealfind is the worst merchant I have used. They are unresponsive. With the two purchases I made, one never arrived and I had to fight for a refund. The second arrived 3 months later and broke two months after that. I wrote to Dealfind about this but their response is that it was not their problem now. They may be horrible for the merchants but they are just as bad to their consumers!
Answer: They are crooks of first kind. I had coupons with no expiry and restaurants have changed ownership. Coupons are worthless and Deal Find doesn't want hear about. Theirs reps are rude and stubborn. Good luck to you but don't hold your hopes high as they ARE crooks.
Answer: I paid 25 for a Dealfind restaurant voucher. Is it kaput or will the restaurant honor it?
