After purchasing a bid package I got confirmation it was paid but received no bids. I emailed customer support and within minutes the problem was corrected.

I started with DD a year and a half ago. Honestly, I won a total of 30 auctions within that time frame. Now, like a few others have stated, after doing the math, I only broke even. I was FORTUNATE! I put in $965.00 and won exactly the same amount in prizes. So, I don't consider myself a complete sore loser, but that goes to show that you DO NOT get the "deals" you think you are getting. Looking back in hindsight, I actually paid full price for all of the items I did win once I added up paying for the bid packages, the amount of auctions I lost, (YES, THAT'S MONEY, TOO) and the auction prices to pay on the auctions I did win. The money really adds up. Ok, so they have the "buy it now" option to get your bids back if you should lose the auction. My beef with that is: 1. I have reasons to believe that the retail price stated on most of their items are ridiculously overpriced. 2. If I could afford to pay the retail price, I would NOT be participating in the auctions to get a good deal in the first place. DUH! 3. Last but not least, why do people have to pay that CRAZY and astronomical BIN retail price in order to get their bids back? If you lose, why not get half your bids back or the value of the lost bids could be put toward the retail price of the item and you could just pay the difference like Quibids does? Look, think about it folks! This is a well thought out SCAM. Someone came up with this brilliant idea to scam people out of their money with the illusion they could get great deals in the convenience of their homes through online auctions. Well, I got PUNKED. I no longer participate in DD because I finally came to my senses! All I had to do was sit down and do a little mathematics to realize that I was being CONNED. I've said all I needed to say and now I will dash away.
I received all my bids back which was the proper thing to do. I just lost out on a special Christmas gift for a special family member. Nothing I can do about it except hope you have another one for sale before Christmas. Thank you for taking care of the matter in a very timely manner. Patricia Waller
I meant to order just the 300 pkt of buy bids to try it out, and somehow ended up ordering two by mistake. Adrian helped very quickly.
I had a problem with winning a bid, but Support explained what had happened and they refunded me 100 bids. Thats top notch service. Thank you Phillipe.

Deal Dash is the best penny auction on the web! I have so much fun winning with my bids on Deal Dash. Every week I win 3 to 5 new items and I am even on a disability budget! It helps me save money by purchasing bids and bidding on items that I need for my home. I always come out ahead.
The technicians are so kind and helpful when I call him to talk with them on how to be a bid! I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to speak with them and they take their time out to really help me understand the bidding process. It also helps all of the items are shipped free and handling is always free!
I changed my mind about doing business with Deal Dash and after sending a request for a refund to their Customer Support group all was "fixed" within 24 hours.
I've had a couple of instances, mostly caused by myself, the support team was quick to reply and resolve my issues.

Didn't find auctions for what I wanted. But they are a decent prices, system set up is good. Helpful tips. Customer Service was great and quick, no hesitation to help!
I had set up my bid buddy on a product. I then had computer issues and had to put it in the shop. When I got my computer back a month later, I realized that I had won that bid. The issue with that is that you have 2 weeks to p a y after you bid. I sent a request to customer support and they allowed me to pay for my win and receive my product. Phillipe was very helpful. I will continue to deal dash.
I'm very pleased with the time it took to responds to my concerns. It help me to believe that this company do care about customer concerns.

We're so sorry to see you go. Thank you for your note. We don't have fake bidders but the bidders who bid on the more expensive items are very experienced, have developed very good strategies and they have a lot of bids to use, so it's true that they are sometimes hard to beat. However, it is important to highlight that DealDash does not provide them any type of advantage at all, and even limits their wins to 9 a week. We really strive to maintain a 100% fair and honest site.
While many people do save money it's important to remember this is entertainment shopping so most people shop here because they are looking for a more fun and exciting shopping experience.
