Absolute WORST. I bought a coupon from here for american apparel. The coupon is suppose to be mailed to you when the deal is closed. The deal closed and I didn't get an email with the coupon. I gave them a call, they told me customer service wasn't available. So they would give me a call back. I never got a call back so I called them back again and they said I should get the e-mail by 6 latest today. It is now 8 and I still haven't gotten it. If you want to waste your time and potentially get scammed try dealathon if not, i advise you to go elsewhere.

I am a friend of spa owner in Vancovuer. She runs a deal with Dealathons at least 6 months ago and never received the payment. Not even 1 penny. Everytime she calls, they will give her the same answer, I will send that off in express today! And guess what, the express never show up and so does the cheques.
She is nice enough to honor all the vouchers but never ever will do any business with this site again!
Think twice if you want to get anything from this site!

The information about a deal was very vague so I contacted the company for more information. They did not return my call despite leaving 2 messages. I sent a message to dealathon advising them of my poor experience with one of their service providers and was given a nasty reply. This is not a site that I would want to give business too. There are a ton of other daily deal web sites that offer good customer service and deal with legit companies.

I had purchased vouchers for a cleaning company in Calgary called Clean Sweep BM - and unfortunately had a very negative experience.
I did not get a response from Dealathons when I emailed them (why it is rated 4 not 5) but when I contacted the Calgary office by phone I was put through immediate to someone who could help me.
They were very apologetic about the experience even though it was not their fault - and offered me a refund.
I had unfortunately purchased vouchers from another site called Dealticker from the same cleaning company before my negative experience and they were nowhere near as helpful in refunding me or crediting. So - if you have a choice buy from Dealathons vs. Dealticker!
