Customer service was awful when I contacted them about missing adhesive stickers that were shown in application video for the back cover and then the front cover broke in less than a month. Will never use dbrand again.

Seems like they've gone completely downhill. Tried order case with skin and screen protectors for my S25. First off, very expensive think total was $95USD (which even living in Canada, and Canadian company, only currency they accept so maybe don't "buy Canadian" from them if the loonie is down lol kinda weird but w/e) So said 1-3 biz days for shipping info, already taken my money don't forget, night of 3rd sent email asking if was delay or something, next day bot response, responded to that no answer, then luckily tho received zero response from human being they did cancel my order. Overall awful experience, just trying to get some info, been burnt in past with ebay sellers so maybe paranoid but ya, like LTT store, Crosman Canada as too examples recently with own online stores not on Amazon, dream experiences. Dbrand? Well maybe the D is for their average school grade? I dunno but got $13 case from TOCOL off amazon while going thru that, that's been awesome so, ya, don't need them anymore. Too bad, skin was kinda neat, if not tacky.

Crap customer service

Dbrand relies on a email bot only to assist customers with issues. You never get a real human to fix your issue, the bot doesn't solve the issue either. Pretty sad LTT endorses a company with such crap customer service. They could learn alot from LTT store. LTT store has always had the best customer service I have yet to experience anywhere else.

Incredibly poor customer service. At this point I think they just don't care about their customers. I ordered a skin on the 3 July 2024. After several emails saying they can't give a date, but would ship 'some time in August' I am yet to get a shipping confirmation on the 30 August. For a company so many Youtubers recommend, this company's service is terrible. I would not recommend them. I did order a leather item and live in Australia, but I don't see why that matters. If they don't have the item and can't ship it they should not be listing it and selling the item. They have had my money in their account now for 58 days and I have nothing.

Meticulously followed the instructions and the skin still got messed up, it is overly stretchy, forming "balloons" that are really tough to straighten out. It is also really hackney (you need to use a hair dryer to warm it up, which is not a great thing to do to your hardware in general). Delivery was good, the site is inventive and fun, but an extremely pricey equivalent of glue-on matte stickers are an absolute disappointment and I would never buy such again, stay away from them

I purchased ipad case and macbook skin. Ipad skin came no problems. The mac skin was delivered with just the top piece. 1 of 4 pieces. They have a youtube embedded which shows how to install all 4x pieces. I just asked to return the top skin for mac ($70 for 13" inch piece of leather). They said you can't because we I already applied to my computer. Outside of this situation, they have a cocky tone in all their customer service, which ultimately I would not recommend. Crazy these youtube influerencers support these guys. Thats how I purchased. Like the product, cant stand the customer service.

Do not buy their product under any circumstance. Total false advertising in terms of the quality of the product I could find the cheapest Amazon case and it would be better than this garbage.

Beware of their return policy the cowards will not provide a return shipping label you have to pay for it out of your own pocket and they will not reimburse you for it. I disputed it on my credit card and also wrote a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

Dog s*** companies like this should be put out of business permanently.

In terms of communication it was pathetic you send them an email and a week later you get a response you send another email in two weeks later you get a response I'm not sure who's running that company but they seem to not be active and running it and they leave you high and dry do not touch this product you will be sorry.

Nice skins

Skins are admittedly nice, but their shipping sucks. Their products get pricier every year, but their fulfillment department is slow considering you're paying premium prices for them. I'm not expecting them to be amazon prime level, but don't act like it takes you 3-5 days to ship a thin piece of decal. They shipped my skin from New York and I live in New York, so why is it taking this long? I wish a better company would come out to woodworks to produce skins and actually fulfill orders at a better pace. These people clearly made their money and don't give af because they have no competition.

So I ordered a case and skin for my phone as well as a skin for my iPad pro and the extra skin for its pencil. The package arrived and their expensive "teleported practically" shipping option which I chose isn't worth the extra money so save yours it didn't come fast. So first bad experience, I get my package and I'm excited not gonna lie and I get my case out and apply the skin to it and that wasn't to bad, the application isn't as easy as their video makes it out as but I did it and it looks great. Now on to my ipad...I pull up the video and realize they didn't send the complete set of skins, I didn't receive the edge pieces. Now the application of this skin is way more difficult and I followed the video to a tee and no matter what I did it did not line up period! Either the apple cut out and sensor cut outs lined up and the camera window was off or it was vice versa. So after wrestling with it I got it applied but it isn't perfect. Did my pencil finely. So I contacted then which is a process full of snarky comments and they act like we are talking to robots and us consumers are humans, they also only give you a email to contact the company and they let you know it will be 3-7 days before they respond...super awesome! I paid their high prices for their product and now it's like the consumer doesn't matter once they get your money, I let them know the issues and send the email and wait for the return response, which when I got it they wanted pics of this and that and just took it to a new level to make sure no one stole a 20 cent skin from them. That was over a week ago and still no response or a solution on their end for the missing items and the poorly fitting skin for the iPad. So I'm completely let down and at this point can say their customer service is pathetic. So find a different place for products like theirs because once they get your money you're no longer a worry for them! Dbrand can kiss my a#*!

Dbrand is Scammer

I placed an order with the number ******* for an iPhone 15 Pro Max screen guard and case. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that only the screen guard was included, and the case was missing, leaving me with an empty box.
Despite sending multiple emails to the company, I have not received any response. Additionally, there is no phone number provided for direct contact, making it challenging to address and resolve this issue promptly.
This experience has left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I feel it is essential to caution others about this situation. It is advisable to exercise caution and consider alternative options when making purchases from this company, as there is a significant risk of losing money and encountering poor customer service.
Given these circumstances, I have decided not to make any future purchases from this company. I hope this message serves as a warning for potential customers, encouraging them to explore other reliable sources for their purchases.

Dbrand makes really sweet products. I'm also a fan of YT Jerryrigseverything. When he recently shared about Casetify stealing his work, I really wanted to support him and dbrand. I purchased two leather skins for my steam deck on 12/14/2023 and paid for premium shipping. They didn't arrive until 12/29/2023, and to my dismay, only one skin was sent. I immediately messaged them about the issue, yet as of today (1/5/2024), I have not received any answer regarding my issue. Not impressed with how much I paid for the product + shipping, all for it to arrive late, incomplete, and the complete lack of support in resolving this issue. Unless they completely refund my order and/or provide complimentary skins, I will definitely not recommend or buy from dbrand again.

Trying to apply it was a nightmare in it's own, even when perfectly aligning it, it seems to barely fit as advertised. Got a skin for the Series S and you could still clearly see white areas even when it's on perfectly. And like i said, just feels very cheap and poorly made. Just a clever design choice on the site

Everything is downhill from the day i ordered. Shipping they use osm worldwide. I placed order on 11/18. Got shipping notification on 11/28. From here on it took appx 10 days to deliver 12/8. I noticed faint scratches and quality of the case was absolutely horrible for the price. I raised a return request on 12/12 and uploaded pictures. Now waited for over 2 weeks. I got response on 12/28 asking me to return with some crappy instructions and when asked clearly they asked me to pay for shipping and asked to take pictures before dropping off. I just dropped off today and don't now ehen i will get a refund. Dont even bother buying from these guys. Horrible products and worst customer service. I guess they are busy suing other company. Would never buy from them again and dont recommend them at all

They WERE good...product was pretty sweet and attracted a ton of nice comments but my last order they only shipped me the basic back plates for my iPhone and iPad...no wrap around skins and I am not getting any answer to multiple emails asking for resolution...also I am experiencing signal issues with my most recent skin...not even a full wrap. Maybe that's why they didn't ship full wraps as promised.

Over 6 weeks - no product

Ordered early November with expedited shipping. Item was to arrive 3-5 days. Site still reads that order has yet to be picked up by purolator after over 6 weeks. I have reached out twice and received automated robot responses stating I need to wait until it's picked up. Terrible customer service. No contact number, no answers. What a rip off!

I haven't experienced any issues with my case, in fact, I like it a lot. I used to just do Speck cases, then I decided to do the Amazon cheap cases. Dbrand has been my favorite to date. I also love the screen protector, wish they made on for IPad.

Today received an email from Durand saying they've heard the complaints and they're working on solutions. They will be sending everyone a new case around April. That's service….

Extremely slow

It's been over a week and they charged me already for the PS5 plates, but I have no tracking information nothing. It's frustrating that it takes so long for stuff to go out. I was skeptical because of the price. Don't know when I will get them.
