I ordered my dbrand grip case on december 15. To hungary. It arrived on jan. 3. which is pretty normal from US to hungary. I applied the skin with no problems. Quality is amazing.100% recommend.

Dbrand are great at marketing and that's it.

The products are low quality, the prices expensive and the shipping times slow.

Worse than all that - the customer service is appalling. Snarky, rude, awful people sit at the other end of the email you're sending them and if you have something negative to say prepare to be shocked.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Order placed 8 December 2022 it's 16 January 2023 and I'm still waiting - emails says item sent but courier company shows a new label has just been created AGAIN

I was emailed multiple times saying items being built, items on the way etc

Courier company tracking showed
1 item not sent,
2 label created but not sent for weeks sent
3 item sent to wrong address x2

Ddand has now emailed me agin saying item send. And again courier company shows items not picked up.

I'm not sure if I will ever receive my item

If I am forced to ask for a refund I will have to go through my bank because Dbrand only give you computer generated emails that are not helpful, truthful or accurate. - no human available

I contacted this company because they honestly don't have that many colorful more feminine styles for the gamers and techies who like more of a variety than the standard blacks and things like that and they're response was really $#*!. I'm really wishing more brands would expand to be a bit more inclusive of different styles and different people because of that I won't be spending my money at dbrand if you want to go ahead but I'm wanting a company that has a better response than what they had

I Received Envelope but no skin inside =(
I have emailed them, put in support requests, and contacted them on IG, and no response.

Got a meant-to-be cool phone case (or so it was marketed and pictured as anyway) - the price was over 50$. Received the order. BUT - its just the most simple black case that you could get at any other shop for about 5-7$, (which is the actual value of it and dbrand outlined this in their commercial invoice) with a STICKER of the advertised/marketed phone case (which is worth 4$ according to dbrand on their commercial invoice). So, essentially you think you order a phone case with a unique/interesting design but end up with a most casual black case and sticker of the case design you wanted. Utter scam. Disgusting. Please don't fall in the same trap I did :)

Customer service will not respond, and if they do they will offer no assistance to delivery related issues.

Apparently whoever the owner is or the person working communication with the customer is unaware of this. My item wasn't shipped after being 2 months late. Then they have the nerve to make jokes about it and state. "Well I hope they are in stock in time "maybe, maybe not". Wat the hell, so strange. They have all the tendencies of a scam website but apparently some people here have received their items. I would not buy from these people. Who wants to wait two months plus and exchange order emails back and forth with a tennager!

I've been using a case on my iPhone 12 mini since I got it a little over year ago. I took it off recently and the feel of the phone without a case is unbeatable. I wanted the feel of the caseless phone but with some extra protection, and this is what led me to the dbrand line of products. I purchased the matte black skin for the phone and was very excited to put it on. I installed it per the instructions but once it was on... I was extremely disappointed. It turned my iPhone into some cheap chinese knockoff brand phone. The plastic was slippery and cheap, but the worst part was every single edge of the phone was now sharp. It was uncomfortable to hold. Almost immediately after install I wanted to take this thing off. I knew it was a trash product. I kept it on overnight hoping that time would change my mind. No luck. The next morning I peeled it off and ripped it in half. It ripped extremely easily. The product itself is cheap and low quality. I would not recommend the skins to anyone. Not only does it ruin the natural feel of a caseless phone, but it ruins the aesthetics too.

Expedited shipping took 12 days before they even shipped. When I responded, they just sent a Snarky GIF back to me. Couldn't make this $#*! up.

Hi hope all are well! I was very pleased with DBrand's service recently. I ordered a skin and the completely wrong size and color came, although the other unit I ordered was correct. I contacted them and they quickly sent out a replacement - with a small gift of another skin for another unit I asked for:)
They were happy to oblige and had it over to me within a few days.
Their prices are great, quality is top notch, and super funny tidbits on their website! They've got really good, unique branding as well.

When I messed up applying the skin to my phone despite meticulously attempting my best, the support team instantly shipped over a new one. I followed their instructions exactly and still ended up with sub par results. When I inquired about this, they said I had not applied enough head and didn't press firmly enough onto the skin. Well, that's actually all I've been doing for 30 minutes straight with little results. Reading several reviews it seems obvious some of the vinyl skins have material and patterns that make it almost impossible to form into place with heat and adhesive.

Their customer service was amazing, even though I ordered the wrong skin. They were kind and gave me clear instructions on how to return the skin I ordered incorrectly and sent out the skin I wanted! This is my first time purchasing from DBrand but I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The quality of product is satisfying however the delivery time they take feels like forever. I got cover skins for razer laptop last time which took more than a month. This time, I ordered different style cover skin for the same laptop a week ago however there has been no progress update yet. Hope, it may not take that long this time.

My package was lost in the mail, however they've resent the order with upgrade to fast delivery! Very satisfied customer :)

Good products with good price. Funny marketing and descriptions. Pretty good customer service. I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone looking for some cool and unique accessories to their stuff.
