When it said grip case I was expecting an easy to put on case, it's not easy to put on feels like I'm damaging my phone trying to take this stupid case off no wonder these things are on sale and I ordered a privacy screen protector these fools gave me a regular one and the skins ohhboy cheap as something from dollar tree if I can return this garbage I would and why is the customer service talk with disrespect.

Excellent

Cases are high quality and work as advertised. Good grip and great damage prevention. Screen protecters are amazing. Crack on hard impacts but keep the screen intact, and they leave no residue. They always send 2 screen protectors in case the 1st breaks or is applied poorly. Overall fantastic company.

The skin is not good quality nor does it adhere to my laptop well. I tried using hair dryer as recommended but didn't work. Support does not respond to return requests.

D-brand has a built a brand via social media but do not fall for it. Cheaper options are available

Way too expensive

This is a $10 case that comes with a cheap sticker for you to apply yourself, all packaged in a $70 box. That's why you end up paying $80 for an iPhone case. Now I understand why they don't have reviews or a star-rating system on their website. You're better off ordering a $10 case from another website. Although the box is nice, you'll probably end up throwing it away anyway.

Terrible product. Worse customer service

Followed directions to a T. Started peeling immediately and won't last more than a couple weeks. Messaged them and received responses from robots only stating that once installed nothing can be done. Well how is there going to be a problem if it isn't installed. Clown company. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I got one of the leather material iPhone cases from Dbrand. The case came in about a week and upon opening it I realized the case itself was just black, and I was going to have to apply the leather material to the back of it. I hate lining up stickers, especially expensive stickers, that's why I didn't buy a Dbrand skin. If I had bought a skin I would've expected to have to apply it myself, but I bought a case that in the pictures already had the material backing on it.
I understand that making the back "skin" of the case removable allows you to replace the back with a different style, but it feels a little lazy that they don't just put the skin backing on for you when you buy the case. The online instructions they give you are meh.
The case itself is decent, but not an incredible design. My wife says she doesn't like the texture of it.

Fake tempered glass

I purchased a skin for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The first red flag was when they said to put the phone in the oven to apply the camera sticker. While applying the skin, I followed the instructions perfectly and aligned the speaker and charging holes perfectly. After about 15 minutes of trying everything I could think of this way, I had to accept that the skin is just too small. Also, after trying to get the skin to line up so many times, the Glue is now useless. After looking for help, I started to look for reviews to see if my experience was unique. There are no reviews. Dbrand doesn't sell these anywhere you can leave a review, don't have reviews on their website, and don't sell on Amazon. They are complete marketing hype and garbage.

I speak specifically for my Pixel 7 Pro. I've been through a laundry list of cases. The thinnest, strongest, most stylish and chic so on. This case FEELS so good in my hands because of the unique grippy edges that I literally can't stop stroking my phone. I'm not kidding. PERFECT camera lense design as it makes the camera completely flush with the case on. That was literally the only thing I didn't like about the Pixel 7 Pro and boom, they seamlessly fixed it. Aesthetically beautiful, perfectly functional with outstanding feel. Not sure if they have mag version but if they do, that's my newt purchase. Absolutely love everything about DBrand.

Wow, the Worst customer support. Minimal website product info led me to ordering a skin instead of a case. I have spent too much time communicating with the a most smug annoying robot about return. I feel sure I'll never see my refund. Watch out, if there's a problem with your order and issues with a return, you will never find a human to communicate with

Terrible company and support, after confusing client and trying to get refund they just went radio silent or offers solutions which does not make sense in any way. No surprise they have bad reviews. Please avoid buying anything from them! They do not deliver what they tell on their website there had to be couple sample units which were not in the box. You will be cheated.

Paid $5.00 for shipping and handling for a new camera bar skin for my Pixel 7 Pro. They say it shipped but I never received it. Sent a message and they asked me to file a claim with the post office for $5.00 rather just sending a new skin. Told them I'll be returning a recent purchase if they do not make things right, here was their response:

"We're not sure why you think the entitled, self-important Karen schtick would work with us out of all companies, but if you want to return your Grip, you're free to do so. Please send us detailed photos to confirm that the Grip is in like-new condition and the skin is unused, and we'll provide you with return instructions."

I love the cases, but they ship stuff out at half the speed of smell. 3 weeks for a phone case. I mean it's literally flashback to 2005. I could've had 15 phone cases delivered from Amazon by now. And to be honest, you can get a similar grip case for less than half the cost, just without the sticker they charge you for.

Do not fall for their fancy website, this is seriously the worst online experience of my life.
I ordered the deluxe kit for my MacBook air 2017(top & bottom skin with palm rest skin and trackpad skin)
What do I receive in my first order of two top skins? So I complain about a month later they send a 3rd top skin now I have 3 and they ignore my complaint. I am not happy with this they basically stole my money.

Beware.
Once the order is placed it's stated that they need 2 to 5 business days to dispatch it.
It took them nearly 10 days to prepare a label for dispatch.
When I made a claim asking to cancel the order because this is not what was communicated, they denied to it saying that it's been fully fulfilled. That's an awful customer service. Not even an apology.
Then, they told me that they charged me more to ship it through Fedex and the tracking number that it starts to appear is USPS.
So, as a recap. They fail at providing estimates, they do not apology nor recognize any refund for not fulfilling their estimates and you will pay for a shipping carrier but they will use another one and, lie to you in your face.
Sorry Dbrand, you've lost me as a customer when you denied to recognize mistakes and decided to bluntly lie afterfwards.

Although it took forever to receive my product, and a response from the team about the product being incorrect. I DID get a response finally! They are sending me the right product without any further action on my end. I began to think it was a scam site but it is not. Once I receive the correct color skin of "off pink", I will update you all again. If you don't like long waits for products, take that into consideration. I personally don't mind waiting on something of great quality!

I won't waste my time on this fraudulent company on this website. But I'm taking action elsewhere. Below is my last email to dbrand. Make of it what you will.

"Absolutely the worst communication I have ever experienced with online ordering! I was excited about my "off pink" skin product that I waited forever to receive— to end up with a grey/white skin. Emailed dbrand once I received it and have not heard ANYTHING back. I was warned about this company, yet still I gave it a chance.

I am in management in healthcare and told many people about your company when I found out about you. Eager to change my red iPhone to a pink color. Everyone has asked me about my experience, just as eager to order from you all as I was. Trust me, I have told them about the non existent communication and false product description you portray. I will be exposing my experience with your company on all social media platforms."
