I bought my first phone case and skin and could not be happier with it. It is very well made and lives up to DBrand's advertising. The instructions were perfect and the skin very easy to apply. I had some misgivings about how durable the mahogany skin would be and was pleased with its quality and adhesion to the case. The mahogany looks incredible (see photo). DBrand has a humorous approach to marketing using "Robots" in their customer service to answer questions which is refreshing.

I was able to receive the help that I needed and my representative was able to respond quickly and was understanding. My problem was fixed in an instant.

The product I ordered was dark plates for my ps5. After the dispatch the order maybe lost or never arrived to me so I contacted the support after 1 month of waiting. The response in my problem was pretty fast, telling me that I have no reason to worry and they will send me another ps5 dark plates free of charge. What else a customer wants to feel appreciated and not to worry about wasting money on a product. Best wishes for the company to grow bigger amazing customer service, I wish this time I will get my hands on the dark plates

Products are really great and in the rare instance that a product doesn't meet your expectations based from what they market, they take accountability and provide exemplary customer support!

I've ordered the grip case for AirPods Pro, it came and it looks awesome, but there was an issue with the adhesive inside, so the grip case wasn't sticking to the AirPods case. After a few e-mails trying to solve the issue with customer support (they were super nice) we found the solution and all is fine now!

I've ordered many times with Dbrand and the products are always good quality. But I had issues with customs. Dbrand send the order in 2 separate packages and because of it Belgian customs charged me the minimum of - +20 euros twice (= 40 euros). I mailed Dbrand customer service about the issue and they paid me back the second €20 rather quickly. And they didn't scam me with coupon codes, they actually paid it back. I am very happy it didn't take a lot of mailing back and forward. The customer service helped me very quick, they were very understanding and they were always friendly.

I have been using dbrand's grip case on my Pixel 5 for almost a year now. And after being a OtterBox user since forever, I can very easily say that the grip case has become my favorite. No signs of wear on the micro-texturing around the edges and very comfortable to hold. Recently received the Warzone Damascus standard fit skin (x2). Applied the first one to the phone itself (super easy) and then the second on the grip case itself. Since this particular skin wasn't exactly intended to be used on the grip case I did have to make some slight modifications, but I'm still very happy with the products overall!

DBrand automatically cancelled my order after more than a month of waiting for the items I purchashed - paid via credit card with interest. I believe they really never shipped my order in the first place. This was already the second time. The same thing happened the first time. I don't think the problem is with USPS because I never had a problem with other online stores also using USPS services, only with DBrand. I tried it twice and both failed so I can only say that this company is a scam. They should refund my credit card payment along with interest.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I got my first dbrand skin with a phone from a friend. I thought this looks kinda hokey but hey I will try it. WOW was I wrong, these skins are fantastic. They are cut so perfectly to fit your phone/tablet/computer that it is hard to believe your device didn't come with them installed from the factory. If you take your time they are not hard to install. I now have them on two phones a tablet and my 13" air book and they are amazing. They stick extremely well but come off cleanly and allow you to reuse them several times. I have used them with no case, with a clear case over them, and I even put one on a case so I could swap out looks really quickly. All that and they protect your device too. If you want your expensive devices to stay pristine put one of these on it as you take it out of the box and it will protect it from all those little dust particles and fine scratches that happen way to quickly on these expensive toys we all have.
