TLDR: Dbrand makes quality products. If you want something cheaper, get a cheap knock off something from alibooboo. Com. I am not paid nor have I received any free products, (send e free $#*! Dbrand) but I can suggest this company 100%. They talk real, their products are real, and most importantly their customer service is on point. Attached is my most recent customer service reply where I had an issue with my phone case (not a Dbrand grip case) messing up my Dbrand tempered glass.

I have a PS5 and multiple Apple devices and Dbrand supplied a ton of a skins and cases to protect my products. Website is top notch and their support team gives you instant responses and solutions to your problems. Would 100% recommend.

Their skins are of fantastic quality. I also like the limited edition drops that they do from time to time. Would highly recommend you try dbrand out. Their customer support is also very helpful, if you have a problem they will almost always message you back with a solution. They even offer to send you free skins / cases if the one you received was damaged upon delivery.

I bought dark plates for my Ps5 and loved them some much I bought another set for my son. They gave me a discount for a misunderstanding on my part, not theirs. I made another error and they went the extra mile to fix my problem. They didn't have to, but they obviously care about their customers. What I can tell you is the products they offer are of top quality and stand behind them with great customer service.

I previously had purchased a case and skin on my old phone so I did the same for my new one. The case works well and the skins come in some really cool designs. This time around I unfortunately put the skin on slightly wonky and went to support for a solution. After quickly receiving a response, my problem has been solved and I couldn't be happier. Can't see myself buying any other brand case since it's functional and I can get some sweet designs for them.

This is my second time ordering form DBrand. The first time or ordered the Dragon Note 10 back skin. I still have the same phone, but I wanted the look and feel of it to feel like a brand new phone, and slim, without shelling out the big bucks. This time I ordered the Carbon fiber back for the same Note 10. I'm honestly in love with the fact that it's REAL carbon fiber. It's very comfortable to hold and doesn't add a ton of heft, or that "plasticcy" feel like other cases. It has a smooth fabric (fiber) feel and isn't to abrasive or versa. You'll be impressed with the quality of materials and service that this company delivers.

I've been a dBrand client for several years now, having bought skins/case for four devices I believe and it's safe to say that they are one of the most innovative companies out there. From the special edition skins to the boxes that are just boxes. Recently, I needed to contact them and their support was more helpful and eager to help my problem then bigger brands, like Apple. I totally, 100% recommend the brand.

They are really at the top when it comes to skins for electronics or glass covers for your phone. Their service is really fun and they help you resolve any issue in no time. Unboxing their products is a happening in it self. You can actually feel the quality. The glass for example has no sharp edges and only one small cut out for the speaker unlike other brands where the glass doesn't reach all the way out to the edge and it's sharp and the whole lip is cut out on the iPhone. Skins are cut with maximum precision too. Perfect fit. Also you can choose if you want the logo cut out or not. I recommend these guys (robots) to everyone.

Very helpful and friendly. Got my order replacement in a timely manner. This is the only brand case I will use on any of electronics.

Product quality, customer relationship, feedback, support. All of this is unusual and very reliable and gratifying.
Dear Robots, you know what "I love you" means, right?

Originally I was really excited about buying from Dbrand. I've heard of them online, and their sense of humor was really cool. When I ordered something, they took WEEKS to ship it to the wrong address. I contacted support and they said they'd ship another one for free and confirmed my address... then it was shipped to the same location as the first time. TWO TIMES. I then contacted support again, extremely frustrated. Which leads me to today, days from my cry for help and still no response. Keep in mind I've waited over a month for my order now. Smh.

Bought the dark plates for the PlayStation 5 one had a gouge/chip in one. Contacted DBrand and had a deal worked out within hours of sending them photos of the damage! I will 100% continue doing business with DBrand

Had an issue post-application of one of the products. Reached out for support and got a "Robot" answer that was borderline poetic. My questions were answered and quickly solved. Well done DBrand... well done

The dark plates for my PS5 are now on their way to me and I am chomping at the bit waiting for them to arrive. Also got the blue LED modification sold by 'FlamingToast' (another awesome company,) so when all is complete, it will be the coolest PS5 in existence. Love DBrand, their products and the robots who work there.

I see the reviews about getting the case late but I think that may have been when COVID was at its peak. I live in NY and received my case and skin for the S21 Ultra within a weeks time. The Tracking didn't update properly but it was at the post office long before I thought it would be.

This case is amazing! I had a few cases and they were relatively slippery and caused me to drop my phone daily. This grip case has completely changed that! The only downside I can see is that it might be hard going in and out your pocket, but I'll take that compromise to ensure I don't break my phone! Will be ordering again when necessary.

Case also works with AmFilm Tempered glass screen protector for the S21 Ultra!

No comment on customer service as I didn't require their attention.
