Top quality products! Bought so far… PS5 dark plates 2.0 & iPhone 13 pro case and glass. Phone case and glass is made to precision and fits like a glove, phone is fully protected. PS5 dark plates 2.0 with light strips just looks compact sleek and sexy now.

The case is very nice although I ordered the wrong one hopefully I will be able to return and get right fitting one. The shipping box was nice also I will be reusing it for something 5 STARZ from me and most definitely will be back I recommend dbrand to anyone that takes pride in what they purchase.
When you purchase a car or truck at the dealership they don't tell you the exterior of the vehicle can only be changed with their products. They also don't stop other companies from making products that fit or attach to it.
So why is Sony crying foul when someone makes a dark plate in a colour they didn't offer but was wanted when the PS 5 came out?
I waited patiently refusing to buy it in white like many people. Then I came across Dark Plates, when Sony announced they were launching their coloured plates it dawned on me that my wait had been futile. As I said I looked previously at Dbrands Dark Plates and liked the shape more then Sony's. I also noticed the extra cooling offered by the dark plates. As soon as I ordered my PlayStation bundle I was ordering my dark plates and LED colours.
The reviews stated PlayStation black or any of their plates are really colour matched to the controllers I can't confirm that myself but I certainly not going to by a plate that isn't appealing and questionable in colour.
When I receive my PS5 and plates I will be updating this.
Ordered top bottom and track pad skin for my MacBook Air M1 13in. My order took 9 days to ship and 2 days for delivery, packing was very nice and everything survived shipping BUT! 2 out of 3 items where wrong. I reseaved the top skin as ordered but instead go getting the bottom skin I got the palmrest skin instead and the track pad skin was to big. Got into contact with customer service and they solved all my issues in one email between us. 10/10 will buy again

I was going to order a simple case, but ended up needing more itens, AFTER I placed the case order! Through their "contact me" form (which is often not given proper attention), they added my extra item, on the same international shipping, as a gift! All that in less than an hour. Couldn't be any better
Ordered a skin and they messed up my order. Which is fine, it happens, but they are taking their sweet time to respond. Will not buy from them anymore. Its sad because it's a Canadian company and I'm Canadian.
There's not enough good I can say about DBRAND. Their products are top quality and absolutely stunning! I've ordered from them many times and the only time I ever had an issue was because the shipment provider, not dbrand, lost my order. I emailed them in the morning to ask my options and before 6pm they resolved my issue and sent a replacement. Customer service like I've never experienced! If your skinning any device or looking for quality phone cases and other products, you won't regret dbrand!

I'm from Brazil and I made a purchase of two DBrand skins with normal shipping, after the deadline stipulated on the site had passed and the message "delivered" appeared I realized there was a problem with my package..., i contacted support, they immediately apologized and said that would resend my package quickly with courier service. The new package arrived (in less than 4 working days in Brazil) but only one skin came in the package... again I contacted support and they sent it, again! I'm very grateful because I imagine the difficulty of dealing with this long sling, I'm happy with the speed with which they solved such problems and I would definitely go back to doing business confident that I won't have to worry about receiving my products :)
I had some difficulty applying my skin for my laptop and as a result, I had to sand it down in some areas, resulting in frayed edges. So I contacted support wondering if it were possible to receive a replacement.
In just 2 emails, one citing my issue, and the other sending photo documentation, I was immediately notified they were able to send a replacement skin, free of charge.
I don't know what other company does this so fast, efficiently, and effortlessly. Truly a remarkable customer experience.
For practical reasons, I like my gear to standout from the rest but look sleek and classy. I covered my MacBook Pro in dbrand's black camo print skin and it was gorgeous! To me it looked like black on black flowers almost. It had a nice tactile feel and it felt heavy and thick so I knew my laptop would be protected from scratches. Sadly, I dropped my laptop and had to get it repaired. There wasn't a scratch on it but the pixels were bleeding internally. I had to get my skin replaced - dbrands customer service is above and beyond! They're quick to respond, offer a substantial quality product that's functional and aesthetic. I get so excited when I see my MacBook and it gives me inspiration to get work done. It's just beautiful to look at. I'd definitely recommend!
Their support team is incredible, they managed to solve my issue extremely quickly and efficiently! I will be definitely buying again from them.
I have been a loyal dbrand customer since 2017 - I placed a last minute order for my husband's family back in Belgium on Sunday before I leave on Thursday - my transaction (paid with PayPal with a credit card in my name) was flagged as suspicious - I messaged support immediately and never heard back - I thought it might be worthwhile to message some employees on LinkedIn to see if they could help. One guy was super nice last night and said he would pass it along to support - I said ‘Thank You!' and then received the following message this morning. I know my judgement might not be the best with my brain tumor but it made me sad…

The skins are made very well, they last long and fit perfectly. Their custormer service deserves 6 stars at least, since they don't leave you hanging with any issue you encounter with their product. Can only recommend

Answer: I dont know why, but Sonys PS5 Plates tend to have dust buildup really quickly, more than anything else surrounding it. Dbrands darkplates have solved this issue for me and saved me a lot of time.
Answer: Dbrand's earlier rival, Slickwraps has taken part in dodgy practices such as fake giveaways, fake discounts (always discounted to the point where the real price is a lie) whereas dbrand doesn't take part in this. They have amazing customer service
