I ordered a umbrella backyard chair set for my backyard feb 26th 7 days go by and i start getting curious i start trying to track my package and i go on my account and it said refunded which i never received so i email them and try to see what's going on and they repeatedly say that they will get a assistant to talk to my within a two day span then i see all the bad reviews and realized i got scammed i spent almost 200$ for my backyard chair set and knowing that i can't get it mad makes me LIVID
This is the worst website I ever used to buy over 11/2 on my return and still waiting for my refund even tho they have a tracking and the item already

After nearly a month they finally reponded that I doi not order the item as stated on the Invoice that all I ordered was the mouse. Their order system is misleading at the best. I bought a pair of eyeglass frames, but they didn't work out. I have tried to return them contacting the company well within their 30-day policy requesting an RMA number to do the return. I get vague responses and then I looked up the company and see I am not the only one. They are total scammers looking to steal from you. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a Home Pod, they charged my credit card and never sent anything. So far no refund has been sent.
I purchased a I watch but after hitting buy I looked at the extended warranty they sold. The company was rated very poorly so within a hour I cancelled the order because for $300.00 I didn't want it to malfunction and I would have to deal with their warranty company. They stated it was shipped and I would have to refuse it when it arrived which I did. I sent them all correspondence and they said it would be refunded with 2-3 business days after numerous unanswered Emails Ian's filing a claim with PayPal I finally after a week received my refund. Buyer beware.
HORRIBLE company. Probably my worst experience ever with a merchant. I consider myself calm and patient, but these guys pushed me to the limits. They sent the wrong item (iPhone 11 Pro 64 GB instead of iPhone 11 Pro 512 GB). Customer service completely ignored that this was their problem. It took at least 5 days to get a "resolution" to the issue (which was a return label to ship the item back), the return label was USPS parcel post (no ability to add insurance - and of course, they did not add insurance), it took 7 full days to arrive (at which point, they advised me I would have a "resolution" within 3 business days), the resolution was a refund - not a replacement. Hopefully, I get the refund. And, honestly, I don't trust them enough to expect I would get an accurate replacement. At one point, when I told them they should replace the item while I was shipping back the incorrect item, they pointed me to their return policy. They treated me as if I had made the mistake, not them. The whole thing was horrible. Stay away from them! I had checked them out on BBB. They had an A- rating, so I thought it was OK. I will definitely be complaining to BBB.
I ordered snow plow shoes for my Meyer snow plow. What was shown and what I received were not even close. I filed a complaint and they responded with please send a picture of what you received. After sending the picture of what I ordered and what I received there was one more response of requesting shipping list. Then no more. Spend your money on at a reputable place. Daily steal is correct. They steal from you! Hate I had to give one star in order to submit this.
I order a case of puppy food for our new puppies from them thinking I was saving a couple of bucks WHAT A MISTAKE! I ordered a case which contains 12 13.5 oz cans as shown on the site and at every store I buy from However this morning I got a package…… a very SMALL package…… ONE can of puppy food and it's all messed up! I'm LIVID right now. These guys are scam artist and ripoffs spend the extra couple bucks trust me!
There business name says it best... DAILY STEALS... There goal is not return customers, but more like who we stealing from today? I ordered shirts for a social and the sizes ran very small. I placed a second order for larger sizes while waiting for a return label for the original order. Once my order was processed, they sent me an email stating "All Sales Final (Not indicated on item at all) & Quantity of 10 or more are CONSIDERED Wholesale and not returnable". YES, A TOTAL RIP OFF! This site is truly one I would not recommend shopping on for self or your business. Don't become one of there Daily Steals.
Ordered a nativity set for $247 in November for husband for a Christmas gift. He was not happy with design. I contacted company for a refund. They sent me information and I took item to UPS. They wanted over $100 to ship back to Daily Steals plus charge me $25 for a shipping label. Plus Daily Steals charges a restocking fee. Total payout would have been around $150. That left me about $100 refund. I contacted Daily Steals and asked for someone to PLEASE contact me by phone. I included phone number, email address, mailing address, name, order number and tracking number. I got email from Daily Steals stating they we're waiting for order number. Again I sent full info. Again they said they had not received order number. This went back and forth for about 4-5 emails. Asking over and over if someone could PLEASE contact me by phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever had contact with. They still have my $247. They sure did pick the perfect name for their company…. DAILY STEALS!

I purchased an ipad that was so slow and out of date.
When I attempted to return it they said that I would have to pay return postage, which I did. After a couple of months with no response from the company I sent tracking # and info from Post Office and still no response.
After informing PayPal of this dispute the request for refund still remains unanswered.
This company does not deserve a one star rating, but I couldn't write a review with less than one star.

Never received my shipment. They ignored my request for replace or refund money. Over 30 days, many emails no reply. No help. Do not use it. Do not trust.
I ordered KN95 masks to use for Covid-19 Omicron, and not until they arrived is it indicated on the package non-medical use. That was very misleading. Also, the advertising did not indicate "All Sales Final", and the company wrote back (when I asked to return for a refund) that it was an "All Sales Final" product and I could not return and get a refund. Also very misleading... I have a pdf of my receipt, but not a jpg.
Ordered an xbox elite controller for xmas. They purposely delayed responding to my request until after 30-days from delivery in order to avoid refunding me.

I was told four days for shipping and then nothing. I check the tracking number and they gave me and it was a place holder cause the ticket from them was just created but that was it. I reach out and they send me back an auto email with the tracking number that says they have not even given the product to ship yet so I wait another day and fed ex gets the package and ships it. Still no answer why or even a sorry :(
