This place is a joke, I purchased a soundbar from them and within a week it quit working. I asked for a refund and they make you pay for the replacement and give you a shipping label to return the faulty equipment before they will refund your money, OH AND LETS NOT MENTION THEY DONT PUT ANY POSTAGE ON THE SHIPPING LABEL, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT. After receiving the replacement soundbar it has quit working as well after 2 months of use, they will not refund my money and say its past their 30 day refund policy. Their stuff is CRAP! Their customer service is terrible, its done through email only, not a phone number or call in sight. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I placed an order through them after I thought it was a legit site, but never received the package. Customer service refused to help me!
I ordered a product that I did not receive. It was shipped by FedEx and said it was delivered at my front door. I checked my door 10 minutes after I was notified the package was delivered and there was no package. I contacted FedEx and DailySale. I just keep getting the run around from DailySale. After a number of emails and about 3-4 weeks, I finally got a response to my email of today. DailySale said the package shows delivered and they will do nothing about a refund or ship me another product. I am out $50.00+. Not a good business practice.
They a big rip off. Do not order from this site. Oh and if you expecting a refund don't look for it. You will have a hard time getting that.
Ordered set of Taylormade irons. Knew it sounded too good to be true and should've listen to my gut. 3 days after the order the website is down and the email is not working. Scam!
Purchased battery lawnmower. Company emailed us that the item shipped and provided info for tracking. Tracking info did not work on their website. Did not receive another email for over a month, and their customer service email sent back a not in service response. Luckily, we ordered with PayPal and PayPal refunded the purchase.
Still frustrating as I still need to order a lawnmower after waiting for this one for over a month.
We purchased a griddle online at the beginning of April (the money was taken out of my account the same day). It has yet to arrive. I have tried to track it and contact someone but the convoluted way I was taken to arrive at a website that has NO tracking information or contact information was ridiculous. I will be taking further action. NEVER SHOP FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered a grill back on the beginning of April. The money was taken out of my account. I never received an email with an details on my shipping. I have emailed customer service over 6 times with no response. I never received a tracking number. I just need my money back at the point. Horrible experience

I ordered a lawnmower from them on April the 1st, I have tried to email them but it comes back that my emails didn't go through. I have not heard from them at all. This place is a joke and just online to take people's money.
Ordered something 1 month ago and it still has no shipping status. Emailed official site to question and got a mailer demon returned to me. Have to go through my credit card to get a refund. Nothing was ever shipped
I ordered a second hand phone because boost mobile made it impossible for me to continue using my iPhone 6. They gave a deadline and dailysale was the third place I'd gone to look for a phone. My preferred website had a year warranty on the phone daily sale only guaranteed delivery for as much as a year warranty cost. I ordered one in fine condition it only turned on. Took it to a repair shop they said the motherboard is fried! DO A BETTER JOB OF CHECKING YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU SELL IT
Ordered a Jackery power supply. After a couple of weeks I tried to check on the status of the order through the email order confirmation. It did not work. I sent them a email and the replied they could not find a order that matched my email. I sent docs that showed the order confirmation and the charge to my PayPal account. They have not responded despite several more attempts to contact them. RIP OFF. They will not give me a phone number to contact them.
I bought the pop up tent and never received the item. All they do is send the confirmation and that is it nothing more. No tracking and you can't contact them at all. Try email many time bo reply.
Horrible! I revived used, scratched, old looking dyson with someone's hair in it, the leather box I payed additionally for it also was scratched, wrong color. They don't respond to any emails! And I have to pay 35$ handling fee. It's assaulting! Scammers!
I got my Apple Watch Series 5 refurbished but the quality was way lower than expected & the battery wouldn't even hold its charge. You expect a refurbished item to have minor wear on it but this one seemed like they dropped it.

Ordered a chrome book which was heavily discounted and received it two business days later! Although very skeptical having never heard of this site and the great discounts, I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap computer.
Order IPads for my kids one arrive in bad functional condition send it back meanwhile re order two thinking that upgrading to a newer version they will be better, second got lost and the third arrive with screen all scratched like it was pull from Apple trash very bad experience so far, the worst is their customer service according of their website they call top notch, well after 20 emails I don't see nothing of that, just be ware it seams they are selling stuff from 3rd party vendors and they don't know the condition of what they are selling, meanwhile they received your money and they expect after so much frustration to let it go, really bad e commerce business.

Do power cycles. No one bothered to tell me it was 30 days or volunteered to tell me most importantly when my return window would close. It takes days to even receive a response from your customer service team. Worst buying experience ever. I didn't even get five hours of use out of it!
