Purchased i Pad 2 Tablet[ refurbished]] 16GB 3G
I had to e-mail them, after no answer for two days. They said back ordered, and will ship and notify me when it comes in. That was 13 days ago from the day i ordered my tablet, which is refurbished, not new. Good deal for the price, but today same tablet and sku# $16.00 more and the add says in stock, like the one i ordered. Bad company slow, to e-mail u answers
Awful quality on everything I have ordered from this site! Most of the products didn't even work! You have to pay to return unacceptable items. Customer service will fight you when you try to return and when you try to get a refund. They only offer store credit or to allow you to order other things from them. Lots of paperwork required for returns. It takes an act of congress to get an actual refund. Dealing with these people is almost as big a waste as just lighting your money on fire and watching it burn!
I advise you to steer clear of this site all together!
When an organization lacks the intelligence and decency not to list a Customer Service Phone Number and only an email... Something is not Kosher! I was charged three (3) times for an item that was placed for one! These fly by night organizations' and the CEOs; should be hung by the gonads for implementing a substandard policy of not listing the most crucial item--a phone number!
I PURCHASED ON DECEMBER 2,2015 A FEW ITEMS FOR MY HUSBAND FOR CHRISTMAS FROM DAILY SALES WHICH I'VE MADE OTHER PURCHASES AFTERWARDS. I'M RECEIVING THESE OTHER ITEMS BUT NO INFORMATION ON THE 12/2/2015 ORDER. I EMAILED THEM ON 12/15/2015 ASKING WHEN ABOUT WILL I RECEIVE SHIPPING INFORMATION. NO RESPONSE! ON 12/18/2015 I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT ON MY BANK STATEMENT BUT THEY SAID THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS EMAIL... HA HA HA: :( WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY IT 12/28/2015 I HAVE NO PACKAGE AND FELL SHORT OF MY HUSBAND GIFT ON CHRITMAS DAY AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.
