AN 18 INCH SOLID NECKLACE WAS NOT SOLID AND IT DIDNT EVEN FIT MY 2 YEAR OLD NIECE. IT WAS MY WORSE ONLINE PURCHASE, THE MOST TERRIBLE AND YOU ALL KNOW THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPANIES LIKE THEM OUT THERE! I PAID 321 DOLLARS. RETURNED EVERYTHING AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR 253... THEY ARE SO FRADULENT AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY'RE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO SCAM PEOPLE. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS... ITS MIND BLOWING. TRUST ME... Don't shop here if you expect to get your order when they say, or if you expect help from customer service! I bought Christmas gifts for my kids on Dec 5. The order was being "processed" for 13 days. No reply when I reached out to them. They finally printed a shipping label and then my order sat for another 4 days before it shipped. I was told I would get my order Dec 21-24 when I placed my order. By the time it finally shipped it said Dec 31. So much for gifts under the tree! Never would have bought from them had I known, and never will buy from them again. Still waiting so I can't tell you about the products...
Promised delivery on 12/13 in time for Christmas - still not here on 12/23. Took them over a week to respond to my many inquiries. Then they said the gifts would not be here until December 28th like it was no big deal. I can't tell 6 little boys that Santa won't be here until 12/28. I can't afford to get anything else without an immediate refund, and they refuse. I shop online because it is a major hardship for me to get someone to go shopping for me or to return an item. This is a nightmare thanks to a very uncaring DailySale.
Orders placed on Nov. 22 and 23 still not received. Customer service by phone is non-existent. Email support takes 3 or 4 emails before they respond, and when they do respond, the issue still is not addressed. While the prices may be good, the aggravation isn't worth it. Any reliable business offers decent customer service. This business is ridiculous.
I placed an order and after they received my payment information and purchase posted, I was notified that it may take up to 3 weeks to receive, Well 4-5 days went by and I got no notice of shipping, So I called them numerous times and only getting a recording that they were not open. The calls were all made during their business hours an on weekdays So after I don't know how many times I emailed them, Still nothing back except thank you for some BS about Norton having been provided for security, I emailed them again, telling them to cancel. Today I see that they charged my account I called my bank to dispute the charge, but said it was only pending, But it is still tying up my funds. The stress of dealing no service is appalling, The second the charge officially posts against my account, I'm disputing it with the bank, The rest of you reading this save you money and you headaches. GO ELSEWARE
This site has great prices but the items are not authentic, brand name merchandise. I received many items with no labels, no trademark, no instructions, no paperwork of any kind The site uses brand names but items received are not labelled or authentic. Shipping takes four to eight weeks. The tracking number sent to you is not valid. Most items are very cheap knock off... beware.
My order was taking longer to receive and the company had already charged my credit card so I emailed customer service twice and received no response. I emailed a third time stating I would reverse the charges and they responded quickly. Poor service and delivery. I did finally receive my order and was not very impressed. Don't believe I will order again.
My first concern is that the site states you can contact them by phone between 10 am - 7 pm EST, M-F, and when you do it says it is closed.
Also, I placed and order on Nov. 17th and as of Dec. 10th, I still have had no word of a delivery date, the status still says processing. Coming from a Florida based company, I cannot believe it would take this long. I am very disappointed in the customer service part of the process, not for sure if products are worth it, since I have not received them.
I received an order in which I was missing one item out of 5. I made several attempts to deal with customer service and get my item shipped out to me. Basically they came up with every excuse including blaming it on United States Postal Service. I explained to them that according to their shipping statement the item was in the package, the one and only package, that was sent to my home period after more than eight back-and-forth emails there was no effort to satisfy me as a consumer. I never have received such terrible customer service in my life. Considering I am a person that do the majority of my shopping online this was a very disappointing experience. I will give them a zero if it was allowed on the rating. The products were cheaply made and overall just and unpleasant experience.
I thought I was getting a 12" pan and a lid. I found out today I only paid for a lid. What the hell am I going to do with just the damn lid? Rip off. Nevery buying there again.
Recieved a used phone with every square inch of the phone covered in scratches. The fingerprint reader is so badly damaged that it will not work and there is a pink line down the screen. The phone was sold as unlocked but is Verizon branded and unusable on any other network. This was all before it wouldn't recognize any sim cards.
I finally got this order. It was packaged as one might package trash or garbage. Now I am waiting for an order placed 3 days earlier than this one. The website gives me a blank page when I select track this order. I have sent a complaint both on their website and my email. I will never order from this scamming site again. The merchandise is from overstock, broken, defective and no quality items. I should have researched their 'deals' before I ordered. Most are not bargains at all but seem to be major mark-ups before their 'sale' deal. They have a time limit on placing the order once chosen.
I have no idea what is going on with my order. My credit card was charged the moment I placed my order. That was 8 days ago. Still no information except on my account it shows 'complete'. Tracking shows info sent to fedex.
My inquiries for return&refund instructions are being ignored.

I placed an order on the 1st. As of today, my order cannot be tracked. I contacted them and informed them that I was to have either my order delivered or charge refunded.
Now, I know I'll never see either. You know I'll never see either. But it's on the record for when I contact the state's AG and BBB.
On 7/11/18 this was my first time ordering from dailysale I should have know it was to good to be true still waiting on my order that was told to me it will be here in two days I guest they ment 2 months. Well dailysale just to inform you. You just lost a customer!
Bought a Phone in Feb and this is June a and still don't have it trying to blame everyone but themselves, said I had to file a clam with USPS but I did not ship the item, they sent it 4 class mail and I had to leave the state and USPS will not forward 4th class mail! E-mail 20 time and still no end in site sorry place to buy from Don't BUY FROM this Place. Wish it was through Pay Pal would have been over a long time ago don't buy from these crooks
I bought an unlocked note 4 phone and it came as sprint the data is not connecting to defferent networks and delivery to take more time.
The dirt: The size 3XL hoodie that was sent was more like an XL. Sleeves were 2" shorter than my 2XL. Ok, Jim was not happy.
The clean: They blew me out of the water with their response. In less than 10 minutes on the chat line, they completely turned me around and made sure I was satisfied with the resolution. Did not think companies like this existed. Thank you, Daily Sale. I will not hesitate to order from you again.
