I ordered a printer by mid December that was damaged when it arrived. It took 2 weeks for the RMA to provided via email (no phone support). After returning the laptop immediately and getting certified mail and confirmation (which I paid since they don't cover shipping even on damaged stuff), it took 1 month to get them to reimburse me. I chatted with customer service via their website and all they do is apologize and "I assure you someone will be contacting you soon". They don't contact the Returns group directly; they just send an email which is ridiculous! I will never buy from the scam of company in my life
I bought 2 necklaces same to add some bling. I can't even feel they're on and they are super thin, one snag will surely break them. My order came fast. I don't think I will shop for my gold here while the necklaces are very pretty I wanted something bigger. Don't go by the pictures they are super maxed out. Happy with my purchase but disappointed at the same time. It is real gold. I was shocked it came in a envelope inside were 2 baggies and at the bottom were 2 tiny jewelry bags thinking they were just thrown in there? They are scam, They try to sell stuffs that not quality, when you want to return it, the will let you wait till due date return 30 days, so they can get out that because the return day due. They steal your money, don't trust them
The poorest customer service I have ever seen. Need to return a coat (poor fit) and have sent 10 emails on their site and mine and they will not reply. Needed a return authorization # and return address for last week. Will not reply. Will NEVER shop here again. BEWARE; source of extreme frustration!
I have been waiting for a return authorization for two weeks. The 10K gold necklace I ordered broke while I was trying it on and now I can not get this company to respond. Total scammers!
I purchased a Fitbit Charge HR Wireless Activity Wristband from DailySale in Dec. 2019. The description clearly stated that it was a new Fitbit & the condition listed it as brand new. I received a used Fitbit, it packaging in a cheap plastic bag without any user's manual, the Fitbit didn't even functioning properly. Try to get RMA# to return the item, Emailed dailysale.com more than 10 time, so far no respond, I will never buy from DailySale again.
If anything occurs post shipment, be prepared for an ordeal. I've been told that the time between correspondence is due to an upgrade but I'm over a month out. Past that, I had a laptop shipped and stolen. While I understand the nature of their culpability. Their response was limited to, have you filed a police report? With the ulterior response of, until you file a police report... After submitting said report and providing them proof it was a 20% credit. Of which, didn't even cover shipping. Buyer beware. If all goes well you get a product for cheap, else wise be prepared for an underwhelming ordeal. I'm placing this in several places because of my displeasure with working through their customer service. It's generally copy paste responses with a few edited lines by a representative.
I have received several products from your company except I have submitted an order twice using the same shipping address I use for all my orders & that order always seems to be canceled because of the shipping address. It's for compression socks & a Bluetooth speaker. I have talked to someone in customer service. They can't figure it out either. They tell me that my money has been refunded but no explanation why I can't receive those products. The second time I ordered the 2 items, I ordered the wireless earbuds along with it. Got the earbuds but the other 2 items were canceled for shipping address. Please, let me know what can be done. Thank you for your time & have a great day!
Stay away they will send you broken products and will not issue a refund - they send broken products and assume you wont realize that they don't actually issue the refunds
After 2 weeks they gave me answer back saying the order was automatically canceled and with 4 POSSIBLE reasons... What a waste of time. Being 62 and having ordered thousands of items from other vendors... This is a first with no concrete answer. Reasonable is contacting me if there was a problem. My email address was right on the order and they sent me a, please leave proper feedback email right after the purchase. So for there lack of customer care with no communication or follow up when They automatically cancelled my order they get a 1 star but my experience with them has been a 0- star experience! Treating people right equals positive feedback and sales.
Ordered a refurbished Chromebook. It could not receive any updates and was very limited in its usefulness. I returned it. Dailysale does not give refunds. I waited for my Dailysale account credit. I got the email a week after they received it. However, when I log in, my credit does not appear. This means I cannot use my own money. Now suddenly, the attentive customer service has gone away completely. No responses. My money is gone and I have no computer. Oh, and NO PHONE NUMBER. BUYER GO ELSEWHERE.
First warning bell is the fact that customers can't review the products they purchase from daily sale. It's possible their are some decent products available from them but for the most part they are selling substandard products from Asia that promise much more than they can deliver. If you get a defective product your customer service gives you a run around. They know you need to return the defective product to them and spend more money on shipping it back to them so they offer you a small refund and let you keep or dispose of the product.
I wanted a full refund and was fully prepared to pay to ship it back because i used Pay pal and they offer a full refund on return shipping when you use them to pay for your purchase. Customer service said they understood i wanted a full refund and would forward that to the home office for review. Ya, really bad customer service that only attempts to delay and get you to accept a partial refund.
Wonderful! I've used compression socks for over 30 years. You have to be careful on the wording in purchasing through the mail. Rest assured Daily Sale compression sock fit like a glove. I use a 20-30, but the 15-20 is a great fit. So go ahead and try them. They feel like a regular sock, but with a hug. Can't wait to get more colors and also will try a copper bunch. Will send in another review after a good month work out.
The item I purchased was entirely misrepresented on the website. Instead of being a pair of adult magnification eyeglasses what I received was a plastic child's toy that would not fit an adults face. I tried to reach the company but only got automated email responses telling me how to complete my sale, even when I used their returns email that was provided. The only way I got satisfaction was disputing the charge on my credit card. The company emailed me within 2 hours advising they were reversing the charge and I did not have to return the product at my own expense. Lesson learned!
Bought a Kyocera Dura phone. Unable to unlock because sim card missing. Said I'd get my money back. Never received it. In fact, a week or so later, said would have to ask superiors. Still waiting.
We received a new Big Boss Oil-less Fryer from them. It was defective out of the box. DailySale said to return it for a replacement but per their policy we had to pay the shipping. The cost for us to ship back was half the cost of the item purchased. Now if the 2nd one is defective we will have the total purchase price invested in returns which would be twice the original cost. I had contact with DailySale and they said they would issue us a $10.00 credit for future purchases for inconvenience. There will be no second purchase. The item could have been purchased from Walmart and several other local stores and the would have accepted the defective item back and just replaced it with no additional cost. I would recommend not purchasing from this company.
