I purchased a Dyson hair dryer on Nov 27 th for a Christmas present. It was given for Christmas. My daughter used it once. Loved it. Second time she used it it wouldn't work. They refuse to return and replace.

Make a purchase for a brand new item on this website, but received used, broken item without original box, and with some dirty food residue. The website also tried to charge me $28 processing fee when I return for refund. Had to dispute through credit card company. A total waste of time.

This site was horrible. It placed an order that was no authorized, I immediately contacted them MULTIPLE times to cancel and they would not respond. When they did, several days later, it was "sorry, it's too late it shipped." Conveniently they waited until it shipped to respond. They said "no hassle refund" "happy to help you" yet they would not help or respond to any of my requests for help with return. Then wanted to charge me 30% of the cost to return.

In this age people order many things online. My experience with dailysale.com was horrible at least. I ordered showerhead from them that i received defective ( it was not possible to install it) and i exchanged once thinking that the second one should be ok. But guess what - it carried the same problem. And my problems started there, dailysale.com do not give money back, only store credit, unless you get money back with hefty deduction for restocking fee 12$ on 29$?!?! I was blown by that. Not to
Mention them charing me twice and spending so much of my time trying to solve this issue. Some companies make it easy to exchange/return the item ( they understand customers need and so on) but othera decide to take your money. And that is all they care about. Uff. Live and learn

I received AirPods that didn't work so I sent them back as instructed for a refund. 3 weeks later I emailed support to ask about my refund. They sent a picture of an empty bag stating the AirPods weren't inside. Stay away! They are ignoring me at this point. Scam company

The cell phone came broken. Red dot on screen and speaker muffled. When contacted to replace it they refused to accept it. My rating is a zero however they make me mark at least 1 star

This company sold me a damaged, scratched item that it claimed was new, and then refused the return. I had to go through a chargeback process to get a refund. They disputed that too, but I eventually prevailed. (Also, they delete bad reviews from their website.) Stay away!

I ordered the KN95 face masks and when I received them, they were made in China and are counterfeit. Information about the masks are on the outer package but to be legitimate KN95 masks, the serial number and other information is supposed to be on the masks themselves. This was the first time I had ordered from Daily Sale and will be the last. I could not find any information about a number to call, a chat option or a complaint department.

I bought a refurbished Dyson hair dryer that did not come with any paperwork. Nor does the device seem to have a serial number.

45 days after purchase, the device has stopped working. DailySale only offers a 30 day return policy.

Without a serial number, I cannot register the device with Dyson to access the manufacturer's warranty.

After numerous emails to DailySale, they are not able to send any paperwork for the device or even confirm any serial number, leading me to believe the item is indeed a counterfeit.

BUYERS BEWARE. If I had just bought from the Dyson site directly, I would not be out $300.

My package wasn't delivered, and USPS wasn't able to help me at all. Because it says it was delivered (even though I never actually received it), they were not able to do anything for me. I didn't get any refund or offer for another item to be delivered. Just don't buy from this website at all. If something is stolen from you, I can imagine they wont do anything about that either.

THEIR SWIFT SHIPPING IS NOT SWIFT AT ALL. IT IS ABOUT AS SLOW AS IT CAN GET. WOULD NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.

I was honestly so excited because I found a camcorder for really cheap, but unfortunately, this product disappointed me. The camcorder needed an SD card, so I bought one, and once I put the SD card in, it still didn't work. I tried multiple things, but no matter what- the camera would not record. I returned this product, but the handling fee was $18.00, basically a little less than half the price of the whole camera. I was very unsatisfied with this product, and I had such high hopes.

I bought an Apple Watch from them and it came scratched and cracked. I tried to reach out to them via email (because that is the only communication they offer) and they only responded twice. They told me my return window had passed even though they were promoting longer return times from holiday sales. I am so mad. I got a broken product and I can't get anyone to even talk to me about a new product. Don't buy from them.

Received 1/2 of vacuum, missing attachments and canister, does not even work. Tried to send back have to pay $14 return shipping and was a already told a $32 handling charge would be deducted. Buyer be ware.

Free fast shipping, Watch looks flawless. Only issue is the battery. Luckily it still has Apple warranty so it's covered. Amazing, this site is on my A list.

I ordered a necklace for a Christmas present took it out the original little brown envelope and placed the plastic bag in a cute little gift box for Christmas. Christmas day it's opened and it's broken! I should have checked it but it was wrapped neatly in a circle and I didn't want to mess that up. I tried contacting support but since I don't have original packaging no refund can be issued. Not only did they ruin a child Christmas I'm now stuck with broken jewelry. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

See Better Business Bureau's current alert for this so called business. Automated customer service email states they cannot cancel the order because it has been shipped. No, it has not and apparently never will be. I should have done my research before giving my money to this "online retailer."
