If u buy an item and have to return for whatever reason, you will never see you money again. Dailysale unauthorized to do so will issue you a non refundable gift card so you are forced into buying another item you might not really want. That's the only way you can somewhat get any value back on your money. If I had known that I would have never shopped there and never will again. My original item chain broke in a wk and was forced into buying another product. The difference is lost unless I find something else. I don't want or need something else.

I felt safe buying from dailysale because they advertised hassle-free returns, but when I needed to return my item, I was charged an outrageously high "handling fee" of $32.00 because I wanted a refund to my credit card instead of store credit (whereas if I had taken that option, they were willing to offer me the full purchase price plus an extra $20). Buyer beware! Steer clear unless you are certain you won't need to return your purchase, or are ok with a credit instead of a real refund.

Using the app was easy. No glitches but my own. Found so many thing that I could use at great prices.

Do not order from this company! I just received a refurbished Apple Watch 2 today and it has an internal error message upon receipt. They shipped me a broken item. When I try to return for a refund they want to charge me $22 to return this junk. Or offer me in store credit with an extra $15 credit on top. No! No! No! You cannot ship junk and expect consumers to pay extra to return it. This is beyond irritating… I should've learned from a previous order but I gave them a second chance to let me down and they did just the!

Gave to daughter as a gift... it was refurbished. C/s was excellent. The bag was missing and c/s researched, but it never arrived with the laptop.

Just reordered a bag for the computer. That part was disappointing. But it is what it is!

I bought a refurbished Dyson. When it arrived, it was missing parts(the attachments). It ran for less than 3 minutes, then it needed to be charged again. After contacting customer service several times, I decided to return it. I was very dissatisfied when I found I did not get a full refund, I had to pay a restocking fee? It was defective and didn't come with all the parts advertised! What a scam. I will never order from them again
