Purchased a 10K gold necklace with a protection plan that was offered with it. Well, they charged me for the protection plan and removed it with out my knowledge. Had to email several times for me to get my money back. If i wouldn't have emailed them. I wouldn't have gotten my refund for it.

I received a package missing the purchased item and had the transaction canceled with my card holder. They continue to email me asking to authorize a payment. Terrible experience ad huge waste of time.

The online service was easy to use. When i get the package, then it will be complete. Until then, it will be a wait n see when I get the package. So asking for this review before I got the package with the products I have ordered is too early to give an accurate review of your site.

I received an iwatch 6 that wouldn't turn on or charge at all! I finally found the "retun portal". After emailing for a week with no response. Then they charge a $38 "handling fee". Sent me a product that was CRAP. Not functioning. There is no contact phone number, so no one to talk to. What a rip off. Send defective merchandise than charge me $38. Don't answer emails or messages?

Half of the 5 star reviews I find online talk about how excited they are about that site and how they are still waiting for their product. IE> they haven't even received their product yet, so why are they giving 5 stars positive review. Well guess what, I am also STILL WAITING. Ordered over a week ago and still waiting for my shipping notification... sent numerous emails to customer service, all they talk about is a "high volume" of orders and they are trying their best to fulfill all of them with some copy and pasted response email. I don't know if this site can be trusted for anything if all the reviews are paid for (fake). They all roughly say the same thing - "Waiting for product" "going to tell my friends" "everything is real, what a great find." Anyway, I am real and still unhappily waiting for my product... which I hope is authentic and real and working, so I don't have to wait ANOTHER month for my actual product. Fingers are crossed, but trust is waning. Will update this review if I am wrong here.

11/1/22 UPDATE:

Received the refurb IPAD and it was in brand new condition and working perfectly (so far! 2 days in - will update if that suddenly changes).

I ordered 2 things items as a package that were supposed to both be mailed in the same package together. They sent 1 item. I notified their support and they said they will check with shipping about the the package and a solution. I had to email them a pic of the package. I guess they didn't believe me. A after 2 weeks of emailing back and fort their "Support", they decided to refund 1/2 (half) of my money back! They said that shipping and taxes were NON REFUNDABLE! If you didn't make a sale, why can't I get the taxes I paid back?!?!? Does that make sense? ON TOP OF THAT, it was free shipping! Now that they gave me 1/2 of a refund back, I guess I got charged shipping because I got a refund! Save your time and aggravation, pay a couple bucks more and buy what you want somewhere else. This company is TOTALLY incompetent! They will try to steal your hard earned money! I now have to diapute this charge with my credit card company!

Ordered a talyormade driver on Oct 11 and is now Oct 16 and I have not received any shipping information that the item has shipped. The site stated 3-5 FedEx shipping. I'm beginning to think it's not going to arrive. I have emailed the person or company with no response. I know that this was going to be good to be true but for price why not take the chance. Now I cannot even check my order. It says site not found.
It is now November 29 and have not heard from them or received any product. The site is a scam.

First time making a purchase, I found some of the items to be priced at a great price. I wanted to purchase the older model ipad, but found the price to be too high when the memory was above the 16 model.

The watch arrived in impeccable condition, better than expected, purchasing a refurbished product. I could not be more pleased with my purchase, Great value! Communication and updates were flawless.

I was delivered the wrong item and in order to get my money back, and not a site credit, I was charged 18.00 handling fee PLUS 10.00 shipping. This was on a 59.00 item! No free returns here!

Excellent prices and service. I have given merchandise as gifts and never been disappointed. Received merchandise in an timely manner as promised.

Has many different products that are very reasonably priced. They also have products that one doesn't see very often or are hard to find.

Website was easy to navigate and products was reasonably priced. I will be buying more products from this site in the future.
