I never received my item. Got lost in mail or something. But they do not answer my emails. They don't want to help at all. They just read my emails and do not respond. No comforting, no apologizing for the incovinence. I told them I want a refund but they said to send in the iPhone back? Tf? Did they not hear me? I never received my item. How am I gonna send in something, I never received? DailySale, YOU SUCK! The point is they do not have a strong secure systems for the mailing process.

Bought a "refurbished" IPad from Dailysale for $129.00. It was shipped promptly. It arrived with a totally dead battery that would not accept a charge. I left it plugged in for almost 24 hours using several different chargers and cables. I returned it immediately using the label provided by Dailysale. I was immediately bombarded with offers to receive up to $165.00 in Dailysale credit instead of taking a refund. I couldn't think of a reason I would trust a business to sell me another product that had sent a worthless product. The topper was that they only refunded $111.00 - charging me a $28.00 processing charge for returning a worthless product they had shipped me. Buyer beware!

The Apple Watch I received in almost 2 weeks… it was supposed 2-5 day shipping. I also tried to connect the Apple Watch I received would not connect to my daughters phone even with Apple support. Then I go return it…3 days later…I will not get refunded for the for extended warranty and I have to pay shipping back for defective item they sent me. Worst customer service… don't don't buy from them.

Never received my purchase. Stole my money. Refused to refund. Ignored all my attempts at contact. Absolutely trash do not shop here unless you care to throw money away for nothing

I bought two navy blazers from Dailysale, both total duds. The first one had sleeves designed for a much smaller size blazer, so I sent it back. I wear XL, so I ordered 3X the second time, and it was sized for either an anorexia victim or a preschooler, so it went back too. They have had the second blazer for over three weeks, and no sign of the refund they promised me. I think Dailysale has ripped me off. Never again.

Wished I checked this site prior to purchasing. Bought a Dyson vacuum. Item was clearly used. It was dinged up, had paint splatters on it and didn't come with the charging dock. All of which I would've overlooked if the damn thing actually worked. Returned the item immediately and paid for the handling fee. At this point, I'd be happy if they actually returned my money. It amazes me how a company like this is still able to legally do business.

Item bought was terrific and the price was unbelievable! If I had looked around for same item I would have found same item or similar for much more in cost - great place to shop

Most horrible experience ever. Sent me a "refurbished" phone with such a scratched up screen I couldn't even see it. Charged me an additional 30 plus dollars for a "plan" I didn't even authorize. They took no responsibility for the POS product they sent me but responded with "its refurbished and works." Not to mention the 30 dollars they charged to return the product. This place is a joke stay away.

$100.00 Handling fee to return a watch that cost $99! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Go to Best buy and get a refurbished product because this company is a scam! Their customer service department is a total JOKE. It takes days for a response and when you do get one they do not answer your questions or help resolve the issue and so you then have to wait days for them to respond again. It took them 3 weeks to resolve my issue on a simple return and then when I do return they want to charge me a $100.00 handling fee to return a watch that cost $99. You've been warned this company is scam!

Shipping could be a little better my last order, I didn't receive it according to your delivery date

I stumbled across Dailysale.com while looking for a replacement for my Samsung Chromebook that had stopped working after years of faithful service. Fortunately for me the website was offering a one day sale on refurbished Samsung Chromebooks at half price so I ordered one. The computer arrived in good condition in the advertised shipping time and appears to be in good condition. I'm using it to write this review. Other than a lot of hassle reconnecting with Google, Facebook, Yahoo!, and other websites that didn't recognize my new computer, the replacement Chromebook seems to be working just fine. I received damaged watches
My original order the watch screen was broken, the replacement for the broken watch was in even worse condition when it arrived. The whole back of the watch was clearly damaged and the screen is extremely Scuffed and scratched. I was forced to pay full price of watch in order to even get a replacement. Daily sales has failed to Either reimburse me or send me a NON damaged product.

This was offered at an excellent price and was shipped quickly. The phone is in very good shape and works great.
