I've tried on two occasions to buy a Taser or stun gun and DailySales.com has refunded my money back because they said I needed a license in my state. So I finally got a FOID card and email them a picture of it, and all they can say is a they forward my request to their fulfillment team and it will get back to me as soon as they receive a response. They're beating around the bush for some reason and the only reason I gave them two stars is because I bought a silver chain from them..

I recently purchased a Vizo 38" surround system and the system arrived without the necessary attachments to install it. The company did nothing to fix it, and when I offered to purchase the accessories myself for $10.00 and requested a $10 credit they refused. Really poor customer service as refurbished is "like new" and missing accessories is not "like new". I will be returning the item of refund, and you have lost a customer forever.

I ordered a blow dryer it arrived without all the attachments and in a different color it was very used also so I immediately sent it back. This has been over a month long and they will not issue my refund. I got an email that says they return the product and they received it but I have no refund in my bank account.

Could not get hair dryer repaired under the Dyson 2 year warranty because there was no serial number on product bought 3 of these ended up having to buy a new one somewhere else so I have a legit warranty. Lower price but warranty is needed with electronics disappointed. No reply when I asked daily sale to provide info on serial number. None on product that was identifiable by Dyson from DailySale

The ipad I received was not capable of accepting software updates, it overheated and the battery drained immediately. When I attempted to reach the Customer Service (2 days), a recording said they were busy helping other customers, leave a message and you will receive a call back immediately. NOT! Then I would get a recording that their staff was not available at that time. (Between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.). I got an email from them telling me out of $165.79, they could only refund $91 because there is a restocking fee. Pure ripoff.

I ordered a BOGO order of "comfy bras." Got the ones I paid for but not the Free ones because I did not specify two packs. I only specified the one I ordered. Didn't know I was supposed to order two to get one free. No where on the site was this mentioned and "Customer Service" refuses to send the free ones. What a scam. The shoes I ordered never arrived either. BE CAREFUL IF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered from these international bandits 2 (18 carat) gold chains I received one that was gold plated which I verified with a jewelry store the second chain was less in weight than what I paid for. I returned the gold plated one to get refund they claimed they did not receive it which made a third ripoff in one transaction I have decent knowledge about this kind of international crooks bandits and thieves but this one is exceptional. Stay away from this company these are the kind of people who pride themselves that they are thieves. Antoine

I bought a refurbished Dyson stick vac. It arrived and was as beautiful as a brand new one. It came charged and ready to use. I used it and then put it on the charger. I used it again and put it on the charger. I used it the third time and put it on the charger. I went to use it the 4th time and it was dead. I tried the plug in in another kart if the house thinking something was wrong with the plug in. The battery will not charge and the Dyson stick vac will not work. I emailed the company and they cannot find my order. Not by phone number, email address or name. I just paid $300 for a vacuum I cannot use.
Buyer beware!

DailySale.com finally submitted a full refund of my purchase price for the defective iphone SE that I ordered. They were under pressure from the Better Business Bureau of Broward County Florida to make this transaction right, and they did so, therefore I am increasing the overall rating to 2 stars, cautiously!

It would apppear that this sale site is most likely buying returned items in bulk and then reselling the items so that explains why you can buy the components but then they do not include them with the man items. Look at the Dyson hair dyer, it comes without any accessories, but you can buy the accessory nozzles, etc., as an item. Also, the Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner was "refurbished", but the pictures show that it was a used item with a non-Dyson power supply, and the dings and damage to the unit as well as it does not work after charging it. I will see what happens as I have requested a full return and a full refund, but we will see as I may have to go the credit card dispute route. Note, I have purchased refurbished items before and the factory items would have come with a statement that the item was refurbished, but none of the items came with any statement from the factory that dailysale.com shipped me. The items were used and not working. I would never buy from this website again. Buyers beware. Also, they charge some extra insurance fee to make more money off the items. So, again buyer beware.

I purchased an expensive Dyson hair dryer for my wife. The thing would cut off after 5 seconds. I opted to return it, and this cost $28 to replace something. The refurbished Dyson arrived and at least this one lasted for a month before it died all together. No option to return the second one. You only get one shot to get it right. Daily Sale can send you crap and if you are dumb enough to buy it a second time? Just call me a fool. This is not a site I will ever use again after this $300 debacle.

I never received the order. They took my money and I have yet to receive a refund. I email everyday multiple times a day. No response! No contact number! Nothing!

My best friend loved it. I gave it to her for her birthday/valentine! She was so happy! She had a big smile on her face!

Beautiful gold necklace

I ordered 2 iPads for my twins at Christmas, they're only 7 so I wasn't going to spend a ton of money on a brand new tablet and saw some good reviews for this company. Boy was I wrong! The first tablet worked for about 4 days after opening it, then wouldn't take a charge and/or even turn on, so I reached out and they did agree to an exchange. I selected a different model since they didn't have the same one in stock anymore, but then when I went to check on the status of the exchange, that model was now out of stock too, so I was "partially refunded". Then a few weeks later, the same thing happened to the other iPad!? It wasn't charging and would die after maybe 15-20 minutes. So I took it to Geek Squad and they were "amazed anyone could sell this as a legitimate refurb", the battery was "fried" and was only charging up to 50%, even though it showed it was "fully charged". I reached out yet again, but was told I was now outside of the 30 day window for returns… I was literally 4 days past that 30 day mark and I pleaded with them and went unanswered, until finally a couple weeks later they basically told me oh well there's nothing we can do, you have to take it to a third party to fix it. Now on top of what I paid for both tablets, I only got a partial refund, and I'm having to spend $200 on a new battery!?! I have never in my life dealt with such an awful company and they shouldn't even be in business! Be warned they're basically robbing you blind; taking your money and sending you "refurbished" products that they know are pieces of s••t!

I'm really not happy with this site. Every time I added a $10 off code then another code on my first purchase. The amount went up instead of down. Don't get sucked in like I did by all the discounts. They take the $10 off but then your hit with shipping and taxes that weren't on the total before I used the code.

It's nice to deal with a competent web site that does what they say they will,
AND does it so well. Great job! Customer 4 life!
