I placed an order for an ipad. I never received the product. This company does not offer a phone line to call for help of status. You can only email. It takes them 5 plus days to respond to your emails. The emails are scripted and offer no solution or status. After a month of trying to get status, I requested a full refund. I still have not received the refund or any status. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered an item and apparently it was done incorrectly so they canceled it and I reopened on the same day and again it shows canceled but it has been ordered status for a week. I wrote many times but nooo responses

I know some people have had a bad experience with this company, but my experiences have been fine. Yes communication can take a minute especially during the holidays but they do respond. I had two bad iPads from them and I chose to return them for store credit to order different iPads. The new iPads I received work great! I even ordered a third ipad and hopefully that one works great as well. I recommend looking for items with reviews and don't order something that says low in stock.

I love the bargains I find on this web site. I recently purchased a pair of earrings and the transaction was quick and easy.

I received my order in a very timely manner. It was all it was suppose to be and the quality is amazing! Will definitely recommend to others and order in the future.

I purchased an apple cable cord it did't ship yet but was happy to find it on Dailysale and I am happy that the offer afterpay because with today's economy it's great to have another way to pay for your items I look forward to making future purchases I hope this cord last because I hve purchased so many only for them to not work or last very long I feel very optimistic about this purchase.

Truly, did not have a good experience.Ordered a refurbished apple watch as well as the protection plan they offered for a total of aroun $125. It came to me damaged. I understand that I ordered a refurbished product and did not expect anything "brand new" but the quality was awful. There were a significant amount of scratches on the watch face as well as an issue where the heart monitor stayed on constantly, whether being worn or not. I complained and was offered the chance to send it back for store credit in the original amount of the product or a refund for the amount of the watch (not including the $20+ protection plan) as well as a nearly $35 (restocking fee). I complained again that I should not have to pay a restocking fee because they sent me a damaged product. They did not offer any resolution. I begrudgingly took the $64 refund on my $120 order. I mailed in the product 3 days after receiving it and tracked it so that I was aware when it was delivered. After a week went by and no refund was processed I contacted them. They said they would look into it. Another couple weeks went by with no word from them. I emailed again and they said there was an issue processing the refund because my icloud account was still connected to the watch. They should have said that in the first place and not waited for me to contact them. Eitherway, I then went and disconnected my icloud account from the watch and emailed them confirming that it was done. A week went by with no response. I emailed again. Frustrated, this time I demanded a refund as over a month had passed since they received my return. No response. After another couple weeks (it has now been a month and a half) I emailed again demanding my refund and accusing them of robbing me. Within 24 hours they sent me an email saying my piddly $64 refund was issued. I have still not received the payment as of yet but hopefully will within a few days. Buyer beware. I will never order from Daily Sale again. I believe their lack of communication was a way to exhaust the consumer into forgetting about a refund. Very sketchy.

I haven't put it on my SUV yet but I took it out of the package and it looks and feels like it is jyst what I wanted there is a instruction sheet that tells you how to put it on to make sure it stays succure and it is made of good quality and if you need a car cover I recommend this one to everyone. It's a very nice made of good quality and I'm glad I ordered it best of all it was inexpensive...very good price and most of there shipping is free but if you have to pay for shipping it isn't very much another great thing...Thanks Daily Deals...

I'm only giving them a 2 in hopes that I actually get my package. It took 7days from the order date just to get a shipping label. No idea where the package is, tracking is iffy at best, and they do not answer emails. Use at your own risk.

BE AWARE! I bought an iPad from this company and it did not work. It would shut down within minutes of turning on, even with full battery power. I contacted the company and they said that they would not take it back and that I would have to go get it fixed on my own. So I took it to a repair shop and they tried to switch out the battery, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was the motherboard. He said that he could fix it, but it would be close to $300. So, with the cost of buying the unit, it would actually cost me more than if I went straight to Apple and bought it from them. So I lost all that money. During that time, I also bought a set of air buds. I did not buy the most expensive set, nor did I pick the cheapest, knowing that the cheapest might be poor quality. So I bought some in the $70 range. As it turned out, they were made and sold in China, so it took nearly a month to get to me. And when I got them, they were abolute crap. The battery lasts 1 hour at best, and they contantly loose their signal. One ear goes out all the time, repeatedly. They are absolute garbage. And again, the company will not do anything about it. So if you like throwing your money away, go ahead and shop at DailySale

I purchased a refurbished Apple Watch from daily sale which took a really long time to ship which was already a bad sign to me only to finally receive it and have the watch not charge or power on at all. Just to make it worse it came with a watch band that doesn't go to the watch. Upon immediately requesting a refund the same day I was informed that I would have to pay a $32 handling fee! This is absolutely unacceptable as the watch arrived to me without ever having functioned at all. It is impossible to speak to someone and nobody has responded at all to any of the numerous emails that I have sent. I would never shop with this company again and recommend that nobody else does either.

Purchased 2 sets of sheets and pillow cases. The description read 1800 count thread. I don`t believe what I received is 1800 count. Feel thin!

This site is the BIGGEST ripoff in HISTORY. I ordered a product and it has NEVER shown it showed activity on my item until December 8th and just completely stopped after that. I am filing a fraud claim with my bank IMMEDIATELY so not pay attention to these other fake bot reviews TRUST THIS ONE you will be scammed

Mail was 4 days late, but product was exactly as described. My husband loves everything about his new watch.
