This place is absolutely horrible. There's no one totalk to and only emails that never reach anyone. I had to file for return. Charged a 22 dollar return fee to send back a 100 dollar laptop. Supposedly refurbished, the thing was just used and not functioning to add to the problem. It still was locked under the initial user and the battery wouldn't charge. It would only work plugged in which defeats the purpose of a laptop. Absolutely stay away from this company! You will not be happy.

Trash market I brought a iPad wasn't even the 4th Gen it's a 3rd Gen didn't come with the correct wall mount plus it had a screen protector and it don't even turn on I need to find Mr JAY HOFSTATTER you are playing with people money.

Avoid this company at all cost. They advertise top notch customer service but haven't be able to get a hold of them or a email response for over a month. Beware you could be getting scammed jusy like me. So do yourself a favor and avoid this company

This place is a total scam i purchased a chromebook and then right after only 5 minutes from placing the order i changed my mind I went to cancel but no phone number so i sent it thru the email they have and also the chat box. Well still no answer then the next day it was listed as shipped. When it arrived it was like it was ran over by a car and didnt work,,,a true peice of trash. So i tried to contact them every day for 5 days. I went to fill out the return form and it said i have to have a shipping label well i still cant get any reply also i paid 83.00 for the chromebook and on the return form it said i will only get back 50 dollars out of 83. This isnt written in their statement. Today it been 8 days still no reply so i turned it over to the credit card company. So their products are junk, they dont have return policy if they do how can you used it if they need to send the customer a shipping label but they wont do that because the dont reply!

I ordered a touchscreen Dell Chromebook. I received a regular Chromebook. I paid for the insurance as well. I sent back the Chromebook. I received the same one I sent back. I spent 71.00 on nothing. I should have just gone to discount electronics. I've been satisfied with them for years.

Review is zero if I could choose zero. I bought a laptop from them which was titled as refurbished. What I got was a second hand laptop in a poor condition with wrong adaptor such that I even could not turn on the laptop. When I emailed them and informed them about the wrong adaptor and asked for the refund, they deducted half of the price of the laptop as the handling fee although they had sent me the wrong adaptor. Do not buy from them. You will lose your money!

I ordered iPods and paid extra for "2-3 business day shipping" according to their site. I reached out to the company to confirm the timeframe and 2 business days later the item had still not been shipped according to website tracking. I reached out again, twice, to cancel my order. None of my messages have been responded to and products are not estimated to be delivered until 9 days (7 business days) after my order was placed. Still haven't seen products so no clue as to the condition. They've completely ignored all messages and failed to send the items within any sort of reasonable timeframe for what I paid for.

After purchasing an Apple watch for my mom from their site it took me some time to have it set up for her as I made the purchase a month in advance. When I finally tried to set it up for her it had been locked to someone else iCloud account. When I requested help from their customer support I was met with ' Your 30-day warranty has expired". The watch powers up and charges no physical damage it's just locked to someone's account and you would sell me a product that now shows up as lost or stolen. This level of dishonesty is criminal.

This absolutely is one of the best sites that I have found in a very long time and I am known as the lady of the best all around found app store. I have a lot of people that I Christmas show for and in one night on your side I was able to finish all of my Christmas shopping in one night without leaving my house and going to the mall and the supercenters and for that I say thank you from the bottom of my heart because I hate people hate being around people lol just getting about that, well sort of again thank you
From what I can tell the quality of everything I bought it's going to be fabulous the prices are unbeatable you guys rock keep it up I'll be back throughout the year buying
for me. And making my Christmas list and checking it twice and and you using you guys again over and over and over so don't go anywhere I expect your site to be online for years and years to come.

I was dumb to make a purchase. Could not get an accurate tracking number. I constantly asked to cancel and was told they had shipped and I would love my purchase! When package finally arrived it was not what I ordered! I continue to ask for a refund to no response! This is a scam!

Please label the items. I have no idea what one of the electronic cords is for. All the other products were easy to figure out.

It is a major scam.
First of all go to a site called Sitejabber.com and read the reviews of this company and you will see multiple complaints about items ordered and arrive broken, damaged, and no functioning. Then when you want to return the items you have to pay for shipping costs and they charge you an insurance fee on top of that and don't want you to return the items anyways and they want to give you ONLY A CREDIT TO USE ON ANOTHER PURCHASE!
Who wants to receive another non working item!
Buyer beware and run far far away!

They cancelled my order, and now refuse to issue a refund for my money giving excuses that they can't do anything and that I should contact the Financial Instituion. When I disputed the transaction on Paypal, they claim to have sent the order using a fake tracking number. The store is clearly trying to scam people.

This Calista styling wand is so easy to use. The teeth gently hold your hair to style as curly or smooth as you wish. And the delivery was fast. I love it and I'm sure you will, too. I own a larger Calista wand from a few years back when I had long hair, so I trusted the brand.

They sent me a chrome book that doesnt stay on unless its plugged in. Dont waste your time with this site.
