Great experience, right up until the request to let them know if I got the product that then ended in a game of 20 questions. If you want delivery confirmation, ask for that. If you want a review, ask for that. Don't bait and switch.
For my most recent order, I went into the store so I could make sure they got credit for an order that I had to have placed through the website because it was not available in store. That's how much I love this store and want to make sure it continues to exist in my local area. The people are great and the company is solid. I highly recommend you check out your local store first and if you need something online, go in and get them to order it for you. They'll get the credit that way, so you're making a difference for the employees, and they can also offer you the help that you need and maybe an opinion or two, where It might be helpful to have an opinion not offered by a nameless, faceless starslinger you're not even sure isn't an AI deepfake.:-D

Ordering was a bit complicated because it could not be done over the phone. Once I showed up at store though it was all easy/simple. Kaleb did a price match for me for the tire and then placed the order for the tire and muffler.
Shinko 230 Tourmaster tires are great. I have been using them on a Suzuki Savage and a Honda Shadow Spirit 1100 for years now. Cycle Gear also installed my tire and did it rather quickly.
The Milwaukee Twins shorty looks very nice on the Savage but it is louder than I had expected. Will need to figure out how to tone it down a bit.
Overall very satisfied with Cycle Gear and the service Kaleb provided.
My initial order was delivered to the wrong address due to a small miscommunication. After a quick call with customer service, they sent a new order to replace the mis-shipped item. They service team was a very understanding and helpful. The replacement order was delivered very quickly!

Front /Rear Tiger brake pads are identical, but site did not specify that and showed only 1 set. Quick call to get a confirmation and pads were at my door in no time. Thanks!

The vent system works very nice, there's 4 inlets and 3 outlets. The battery life is also great, just appreciate that it lasts over 10hrs. It also comes with some cool gifts. Thanks you
I went into the store to advise what I was looking for. The sales associate introduced me to the seat part online. We ordered it, paid for it, and in arrived very quickly to my doorstep.

Ordered motorcycle boots on-line. Not carried in store. Size was too small. Discontinued boot so unable to order correct size. Return authorization completed on-line and I returned the boots to the local store. Staff was great.

I've done business with Cycle Gear prior to this purchase. This time I had been given a gift certificate from JP Cycles which CG had no issues accepting since they're both owned by the same parent company.
I knew I wanted a modular helmet but hadn't chosen anything specific so I went in with an open mind. I received pretty good info from the guy that was helping me but he eventually strayed to help other customers so if I had questions I had to seek out answers.
A little irritating but no biggie.
Their pricing was in line with what i had seen elsewhere so the purchase was made. I had it shipped to the store just in case there were any issues with it and it was all good.
Purchased on Thursday and it was in the store Tuesday I believe, Wednesday at the latest.
Pickup went okay. Still feeling some inattentiveness from the employee but again no biggie.
Overall it was an okay buying experience. I'm sure they'll be getting more of my money down the road.
If you tell a customer it is in stock online and you can have it shipped to there house in two days. It should not take a week.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
