I was looking for a specific helmet from a certain brand in a specific size and the local Cycle Gear did not have it in stock. However, the kind employee let me know that I could order it online and have it shipped to my home or the store. So I got it shipped to store and it only took about 2 days. The same employee was there to give it to me and she was still very nice. I appreciate the great customer service.

Checked online then went to local store. Store folks very knowledgeable and helpful no pressure sales pitch. Also many options to buy in store or online. No problem returns if needed. What's really nice about actual store is that they have a wide variety of gear in many sizes that you can try on to see how they fit.
Online ordering / website cart is clear and easy. Delivery took less than a week. Size was a problem, but return and reorder process is good/not a hassle to reorder larger size.
