I bought a helmet. Walked out the store missed my last step fell foward landed on my hands and the helmet rolled.
Jay helped me set up the tire order as well as the drop off. He is excellent. Tires came within a matter of days even though I ordered them on a weekend, and installation was just as quick. My only gripe would be that I wish that I could've just dropped the bike off instead of bringing the wheels in! But not a big deal
Bought a tire online, it showed up only 1-2 days later. I brought my wheel in the same day the tire showed up and I got the wheel back mounted and balanced later that same day! Very pleased with the fast turn around
The helmet was nice and light weight. My only problem is with the sizing. I measured my head and looking at the chart I needed a small. The small was very tight to where I couldn't even get my glasses on. So therefore, I returned it.
