I called their customer service cause my helmet was stolen fed ex left the box in front of my door at 10:30am I was at work so it sat in front of my house for over 4 overs I have four shelters in a block radius and cycle gear doesn't replaced stolen packages and fed ex won't take my claim cause I'm not the shipper. So I put a claim with my credit card. When I called CG for a waiver of shipper so I can put in a claim with fed ex the customer service agent was super rude and hung the phone on me….

When I opened the box from S & S parts, the accessory bag of parts had been opened and the clamps and plugs for the unused ports for the O2 sensors were scattered through the box. The parts bag had been opened before the box was sealed at S & S.

Customer service at the store level was great but they definitely need to use a different shipping company, I won't elaborate here but the company (On-Trac) claimed my company was closed at 11:00 on a Thursday, then "attempted" to deliver the next day at 8:00 pm. It took an additional week for them to finally show up.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
