I ordered a large helmet at the recommendation of an associate and now that I have it I feel like it might be too small.

Wanted specific features in my new helmet, they knew exactly what I wanted and immediately ordered it in my size and sent to me. Perfect transaction.

The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. They took good care of us.

Ordered an alpine stars jacket in store. Store help was excellent. Told me it would ship next day after order was completed. Waited three days for shipping confirmation. Order stayed in processing. Call customer service he told me will shipping that evening but didn't even take my order number so I don't know how he knew that. Waited 5 more days order still in processing. Call again, customer service told me that they don't know why it has not ship but will check. Received a email a couple of hours later saying that it was ready to be ship. 3 more day later I finally got my jacket. If there was a problem and it was not going to be shipped out in the 2 day guarantee then someone should have communicated that.

This salesman was very helpful and considerate. Will definitely return to this location!

Incredible performance, look, and sound.

Cars are noticing I'm coming up or in the lane thanks to the sweet sounds this exhaust produces. Performance has increased tenfold. The style compliments the monkey and doesn't take away from its vintage vibes.

Ordered a shirt from afar and when I got it I was grateful.

I personally work at the Jacksonville location, but before I was just a customer. There have been a lot of changes and a huge change in staffing. Everyone there knows a lot about motorcycles and we always like to help those in need. We always encourage customers beginner or pro to ask any questions they have. Overall just a great place to be at to talk motorcycles and shop for gear and parts.

Store support was great 👍 friendly suggestion to corporate and/or web design: not everyone needs to leave a 50 character or greater detailed description of their service. Kinda irritating when i just want to leave positive feedback and support my local store.

Found what I needed. Fedex took forever to get it here and the packages were left out in the rain. Luckily no damage, but use a different shipper. Fedex is terrible and cannot be much cheaper than ups, their drivers actually seem to care at least a bit.

I went to pick up the shirt and it is the wrong size. I was not able to exchange or return it in store for some reason

I wanted to make sure the items I was looking for were not in store, the sales help in store helped guide me to choose the perfect warming items for riding on chilly days. I was then lucky enough to find great items for me on sale. After reassurance that if the items did not suit I could return them to the store I ordered online. Everything works as I expected, and does the job intended. I can ride in 40 degree weather without freezing. Thanks CycleGear.
