Cycle gear was very efficient in delivering my order got it way before expected.
Good price, quick free shipping. 'Nuff said! Adding characters as needed to get to 50
Nice to have a local bike shop for moto needs. Good deals on their site with fast shipping to their store.
Appreciate the knowledge and friendliness manager and employees.
Both gentleman I worked with were extremely knowledgable and confident in the products they sold. Will be a repeat customer as often as my wallet allows.
My jacket showed up prior to the anticipated delivery date and fit as expected
I like picking up the item at the store because if the item is incorrect, a return is so much easier than dealing with mailing
I found what I needed with ease through cycle gear. The problem is the sizing chart the brand provided, which has convinced me brands do not know what women look like. I was a little stressed due to almost everything being sold out from the sale that was happening that was a timing issue on my part though.
Delivery came earlier than expected, and only thing I'd change is to be able to add a make/model/year bike you got to your account so you can see which parts are compatible. It would make shopping for parts alot easier.
I was nervous ordering my first helmet without trying it on, but I followed the measurements suggestions and when I picked up my helmet it was perfect. The store has tons of merchandise to shop.
For apparel and accessories, CycleGear provides a wide selection of products with prices that are hard to beat. We have purchased 2 pairs of riding boots in the pass year - one in-store purchase and one online purchase and we have been completely satisfied with the selection and the customer service.
I've been a Cycle Gear customer for years (been riding for 56 years). The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and the stores generally have what I am looking for. On this last stop, I was in the market for a light colored mesh armored jacket for summer riding in Arizona. The young lady who helped me took the time to describe the differences between the two jackets I was considering. In the end, I went for the Rev-it Eclipse 2. Good jacket: well made and flows plenty of air. Comfortable and appropriately sized. I have a black mesh and hi-viz mesh (both purchased at Cycle Gear before we moved to Arizona) - each will have their place, but this light gray/silver Rev-it is noticeably cooler in the blazing sun.
Promptly received my new gear. Love the new jacket with the built in back pack!
Lots of awesome gear at discount prices. Will forever recommend.
Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem that I had was waiting for one of the things I ordered. One showed up on time, the other was 2 to 3 days later. I think it had to do with the postal service.
Ordered through my local Cycle Gear. They contacted me when product I was looking for popped up on the system as being available
Special tool arrived promptly at local store and they called me on my cellular telephone.
It was a gift for my husband and he surely love it! He love the material and its inserts. He hasn't use it yet. But the fact that it can be use all weather makes him excited to use it! Delivery was on time too!
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
