It took too long to get my parts. I was able to cancel part of the order because tou did not have my spark plugs which I had to call after a week to find out. Had the dealer send me my parts and ship them to my house next day and was only $20.00 more and I was able to go on my ride last weekend. I just got theair filter this week so I will have to put it on a shelve until I need it next time. Very aggravating ordering parts from this company, no communication, takes too long, never again. Just lost a good cuatomer.
The selection of helmets is amazing, but if your humongous head don't fit (as happened to me) the will find a fit somewhere else to be shipped to the store. The service is good. The only downside is the don't have enough people to attend the customers when there more than one

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
