Experienced staff helped me to understand the pros about my tire selection. Quick and easy. I ordered the tires and tubes and had them delivered to the store. In less than a week I had them. It all worked out well for me.

I've tried multiple stands and this is by far the best wheel chalk. It's extremely easy to put together and the quality is amazing for the money.

Was a mix up on color of riding pants I ordered. Also needed a larger size. Talked to customer service and they got a new pair sent to me in a couple days. And lined up free shipping to return the pair I already had. Will continue to shop with Cycle gear.
The staff were very helpful, ordering in a helmet that was not in the store. They brought in two different sizes so I could get the one that fit the best.
The wheel weights didn't stay on the wheels when I got home and unloaded the wheels. Wheels probably should have been cleaned (at least where the weights were attached) so they would stay stuck on the wheels.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
