Experienced staff helped me to understand the pros about my tire selection. Quick and easy. I ordered the tires and tubes and had them delivered to the store. In less than a week I had them. It all worked out well for me.

Had a great experience, they ordered the tire, it arrived when they said it would and had it installed in a few days (due to a down machine).

Great helmet with cool designs. Packed really good no scratches.

I appreciated the help at the Fullerton location with sizing the helmet. Recieved order within a week. The only negative thing i have is the flap was not locked in and i could not get it to snap or stay in. And, i'm not a fan of the click strap. 50 years using D-ring.

I've tried multiple stands and this is by far the best wheel chalk. It's extremely easy to put together and the quality is amazing for the money.

I wouldn't have bothered to fill out the info to govx if i'd known I wasn't going to get the veterans discount up front for the tire.

Was a mix up on color of riding pants I ordered. Also needed a larger size. Talked to customer service and they got a new pair sent to me in a couple days. And lined up free shipping to return the pair I already had. Will continue to shop with Cycle gear.

The staff were very helpful, ordering in a helmet that was not in the store. They brought in two different sizes so I could get the one that fit the best.

The wheel weights didn't stay on the wheels when I got home and unloaded the wheels. Wheels probably should have been cleaned (at least where the weights were attached) so they would stay stuck on the wheels.
