Navigation easy. Wanted to find a couple of items on sale for Memorial Day. The pants I purchased were only available in regular length. Yes, the pants are a little long however they fit nicely. I was quite impressed with the fit in the hips, thighs and buttocks. Other than the length, it was like the pants were tailored just for me. No problems with the knee or hip armor alignment. Great pants. I followed the sizing chart to the "T". I am 5'4" and 120 # (I am used to wearing a size 6) and the chart measurements recommended a US 8. And as I said earlier, they fit like a glove.
Speaking of gloves, I also purchased a pair of Bilt gloves (black and pink). Again, the sizing chart was spot on. The gloves feel great.

Mirrored gold visor looked exactly as I had expected and was in new condition even as an open-box clearance item. I had it shipped to my nearest cycle gear store and received regular, timely email updates as it shipped and was delivered and ready for pickup. Wasn't able to pick it up right away after delivery, so I gave Cycle Gear a call to let them know I had an item waiting and my projected day to come get it- they told me no rush and when I did swing by they knew my exact order as soon as I offered my name. The staff member was even sure to double check that it would fit my helmet model. Very happy with the product and the process.

I was looking for what I believe to be THE best helmet on the market, there are many quality helmets available, however I was looking to spend good money for a product that will help save my life in a accident or unscheduled dismount while riding. Safety is paramount when riding in my humble opinion I always try to buy the best that I am able to afford when shopping. I decided to go with Arai, my second choice was Shoei, but I digress... as I was shopping no one seemed to have my size in stock, and I was getting very frustrated to say the least. Cycle Gear had not only the helmet I was looking for, but they had it in my size! It was a return, ten percent off to boot, yeah, so I pulled the trigger made the purchase. Within a couple of days it was at my door, the helmet fits perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase, I will certainly make future. Purchases with Cycle Gear.

One of the four items that Cyclegear listed as in stock turned out not to be available, and the rest of the order took an extra week to arrive, even though the site claimed it would ship within 2 to 3 days.
Pinlock was ordered on Saturday and supposed to deliver by Tuesday. Actually showed up on Friday, 2 days too late to use on the trip that I had bought it for.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
