He loves them! He first tried them on and they were super tight, he was immediately frustrated. Turns out there were two inserts in the boot! Lol. He has wore them a few times now and really likes the fit.
It was a very average ordering experience, nothing bad or spectacular about it, just a frigging normal order
Chrispy hooked me up with the alpinestars gloves and boots i was looking for. The boots weren't in stock, and he ordered them for me. I picked them up in stores a few days later
It was quick and efficient. The inside staff explained everything well. They were very friendly.
I ordered a few riding jackets. Unfortunately one of them did not fit and that was a style that was going out if stock and they informed that they didn't know if or when it would be back instock. So they talked me into a different style jacket that I tried on in the manchester store where I tried to do the return.
They were very helpful and suggestive of getting a different style rather then just returning it. I am greatful for it. Now I have a new jacket that I lovee!
Quick, easy online order, delivered to local Cycle Gear. Friendly customer service when picking up order.
Andrew was a great sales person and was helpful and kind. He helped me install the quadlock and explained how things are setup.
Unfortunately my husband really wanted this helmet, it was a 3XL (finally) and modular. Got it as a gift, he opened it and it had white marker writing all over it and was broke in multiple places. To top it off it was a size 2XL. They returned it easily but of course had no 3XLs left. Very disappointing, I'll just stick with direct from the store if shopping here again.
I ordered my wife's helmet on Thursday or Friday, I pay extra for RPM for the 2 day guaranteed shipping. My order didn't come in until Friday the following week and my wife and I had a riding event the Thursday before we received the helmet. Due to us not receiving this helmet on time not only did we not go on the riding event, I lost out on money because the event was supposed to sponsor my business. Super frustrating.
The people at Cycle gear are "bike guys"...helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of the trends without bein disrespectfull of my "old school" mentality.
I found the information offered by the sight to be very helpful with my order.
Very easy to use and great descriptions of the products sold.
I spent months weighing options on buying some new kit. I settled with cycle gear for the fast shipping and hassle free returns. I could've spent less buying & shipping from another country, but it would've ultimately cost more money and time if I needed to return anything. It's worth keeping the money in the US. A few extra bucks is worth it.
What to say... they had the product I needed, in the size I needed, and shipped it quickly. Can not ask for more!
As good than I would buy again, your customer experience was excellent
I contacted customer service for a replacement with a smaller version of both and they helped me out.
Great attention, personnel is knowledgeable and gives good advice on parts needed.
Easy and fast, great attitude, always good value options, thanks.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
