I ordered these t-shirts and had them delivered to a store so I could check out there quality before I left. I hate having to pay shipping and return shipping. So it took 3 weeks to arrive, not joking. So after 1 1/2 weeks I called the store to check if it was in stock. The guy gave me the run around and said he need to send it to someone else to check and he would have him call me back. Ok no biggie, waited for a call that never came. After another week I called the main head office. Some guy there said there's nothing he can do I his end and to call the store back. I told him I did and they won't call me back. He did not care and said well I can't help you. So I called the store again and he again said he'd call me back. He did the next day and said he couldn't find the shirt. So a couple of days later they finally called and said the shirt was in. There's more to it but that's the jist.
It was delivered. You do not need to spam me with emails to confirm this; you have a tracking number. If I wish to review a product I will do so.
My experience with cycle gear is the best quality stuff that makes riding amazing.

I just want to pay money in legitimate United States currency and receive goods. Why must I review the product? I did not sign up for this.
I was looking for new helmet and they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. The other was placed by the employee and it was delivered to the store in less than a week. I paid for it when I put in the order so all I had to do was come pick it up.
Tracking was off but eventually showed up at store. Hung around because I had nothing else to do.
I wish they were a little more pre broken in, but after a few uses, they are much better. I have heard the Velcro goes bad after a while, so far so good.

I was referred to cycle gear from a friend. Wenti in, was greeted and felt welcome.
The only issue has nothing to do with the luggage. The one day delivery cost was 34 dollars and change but it arrived on the 3rd day.
I will definitely purchase items from CycleGear in the future just not spend the extra for quick delivery. The luggage itself was definitely a 5 star review.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
