I purchased a new back tire for my 2021 Indian Challenger Limited. I was notified when it was received by the store, so I took my rear wheel in to get the new one installed and balanced as the store advertises for $30 if you purchase it from Cycle Gear. Which I did. It took a while to install and balance. When they brought it out to me, I was informed that they would never do another install for an Indian motorcycle. The reasoning was that he said in order to get the bead to seat, he had to inflate to 160 PSI which he said was dangerous. I would agree that inflating to that PSI probably would be dangerous. What I don't know, is did he try lubricating that rim and bead with soapy water in order to make it more slippery in order for the bead to seat? I'm not sure what procedure one would use in that case, but it is disappointing to know that Cycle Gear will no longer mount tires on either of my Indian Motorcycles, even when I buy the tire from them. Very disappointing to say the least.

Every time I go into this location, I find the staff to be knowledgeable about the products and services. You obviously hire motorcycle people to work here! Not typical in today's market. I've ordered parts from this location and they come quickly. Thanks.
I ordered a rear axle kit, the box was loosely packed so the contents were jumbled around on the inside, breaking out of its plastic seal and some smaller parts were all over the box, product wasnt damaged but some bubble wrap or more of the brown paper could have kept the smaller box from being bounced around in the bigger box
I'm getting all my gear so I can start riding soon and I was weary on ordering something because I didn't know how the sizes ran. But it's true to size and it was a perfect fit and great quality! I'm about to order some more gear!

I had stuff coming from all over the country. But by the end of the week, I received everything I had ordered. Nothing was damaged or lost. Everything fit on the motorcycle where it was supposed to.

Quick and easy. Just wish there was more of a selection of over pants. However, the jacket I bought is breaths great and was definitely needed for this hot summer while providing protection.
Came in a asked about helmet sizing, got all the answers I needed, was allowed to try on all the helmets and spend some time walking around the store. Found the one that fit best for me and put on order the color I wanted. Came in quicker then expected and picked it up no issues

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
