Helmet size listed as 59-60 on the website, It was 58-59 actual size marked on helmet. I need a 60, it was too tight.
Employees were nice and helps save me money and helped me find the right equipment
Half the fasteners were missing from the centre stand. I called and spoke to a service rep, and they approved a return, but I don't know what's happening with the process. The part was received three days ago, and there are no updates on my order online. No one has reached out, and I don't know if they're refunding my money or sending a new part.

Order came in super quick and very well packaged. Seriously my exhaust was in two boxes inside of a box, inside of another box! Cycle gear is the best, and the rewards program paid for itself like two purchases ago for me.
Easy process for gifting to family via online process and usage
This helmet was a steel. I love the quality components like metal fasteners. It is a little snug but even with my speakers installed it's not unbearable. I love all the vents because it gives adequate air flow for my hot head. It does increase noise but that's too be expected. Great and easy chin strap. The only thing I don't like is the challenge to open the visor. I like to ride with just the tinted visor unless going over 60.
I finally convinced my wife to passenger on the back of my motorcycle, so it was time to get her a helmet. The first salesperson was not very impressed with my wife's lack of knowledge about picking the right size helmet. He ended up just walking away leaving us to fend for ourselves.
The second salesperson was much better and helped fit my wife with a new Shoei RF-1400.
The helmet had to be delivered, I had it sent to CycleGear with the plan to add a Sena com system. Upon my return, I was greeted by the same Salesperson who had failed us on the original visit. He declared that he was unable to help me with the Sena product because he was a Cardo person. (we wanted the mesh capabilities because I already had one) So CycleGear lost that sale to Amazon.

I purchased a Shoei Neotec3 helmet in January, a waste of money. I tried to make it work, but I missed the return period and decided to try the Sedici Sistema II and it fit my needs.
I went in for a helmet I ordered. The one I ordered was too small, but staff was able to do a return as store credit and I chose a helmet from their rack that was my size that I was very pleased with. Also bought a jacket for my daughter and all worked out perfectly.
The web page would not allow me to fill in my credit card security code. I had to refresh the page 3 times. I filled in the rest of my info and when I clicked check out, it took me to the beginning asking me to sign in even thought i was doing a guest check out. I had to go through all that all over again. Happened last night when I bought a helmet.
This is likely the last time I shop on this site.

Had a few questions on full face helmets and one of the staff members had very good understanding of each style of helmet which pointed me in the right direction for better comfort on longer rides.

What I don't love is seeing that I could have ordered the same product from RevZilla, which would have come from the same warehouse and same company at the same price,but I might have gotten some ZillaCash with it.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
