I was looking for a Helmlink for my Icon Ultraflite and it was backordered.

I placed my email on the list to be notified when back in stock.

I got an email with a link to follow to order the item when it was back in stock. Shipping and delivery took less than 7 days.

Tire ordered online and shipped to store - arrived quickly, and always happy to pay to have the tire mounted; saves a lot of grief. Cycle Gear is a good shop with a lot of inventory at fair prices.

Fast shipping and just good company to buy from. Guys are awesome in person and on the phone. Website is easy to maneuver and find what you want.

I had to purchase a new tire for my motorcycle. The guys at my local store were great. Very helpful. I asked to see the old tire so I could figure out what happened. They saved it so I could look at it.

Good value on the cycle covers. I bought 2 so I could get free shipping. Delivery was a bit slow. Perhaps more distribution locations would help?

My order, that was listed as "in stock" and had "free 2-day shipping", took 8 days to reach my home.

I ordered an item and it was delivered quickly. It did not fit my needs but it was what I ordered. I returned it to the local cycle gear and was refunded my expense quickly.

Very good. Received a pick up call the same day they came in. Staff was good very personable and gave good instruction on how to remove old bars and install new bars

Even though my old BMW garage find had twenty year old tires, the counterperson was able to convert the old style tire sizes to new ones and ordered a new set of dunlops that arrived at my house the next day.
