Unfortunately there were no ladies boots in the store, so I ordered for them to be shipped to the store for free. They came in within a week!
I ordered a clear visor for my scorpion exo-r330. It arrived a day earlier than expected and it fit perfectly.
My old helmet was giving me a hot spot on my forehead. The person in the store was kind and helped me select the style and find the size I needed, then ordered it for me for delivery to my home. I received the order in a timely fashion and was back to riding.

Placed order at store; had to call store back to get order confirmation; order showed 3 -5 business days to ship order; called after 5 business days, but rep was not able to give an update; finally saw that order shipped after six business days (but no e-mail!); given tracking number showed that order actually shipped within one business day and found out that order was delivered after 3 business days (receiving packages at a central offce location); received e-mail after 8 business days notifying me that order was delivered, a full week after the actual delivery! I ordered 2 items. They both came on the same day. They both got here 3 days after I ordered them. Both were well protected for shipping. I have not installed them yet but they will be great additions to my motorcycle.
I ordered a tuner for a 2007 Harley. Cycle Gear took my order over the phone, processed my payment, and alerted me when the part had arrived. I was not in town when ordering and they were able to make my order over the phone, saving me time & money! Keep up the good work!
We went to Cycle Gear in Mayfield Heights Ohio to check out the helmets. The first day they we were there and Associate named Max helped us he was absolutely wonderful was very knowledgeable on the helmets and how they should fit and what we should be looking for made sure that the helmets we were looking at work compatible with our head shape and size as well. We wanted to think about which one we wanted for sure so a few days later we went back up and we worked with Max again and we ordered the two helmets that we wanted. Even though Max had to leave because it was the end of his shift in the middle of our transaction time as we were still picking out colors Etc he assured that he made the other associate well aware of what we were doing which ones we wanted specifically and gave us extra time to look around before completing our purchases. Both helmets had to be ordered and shipped to the store then when we went back up to pick up our helmets Max was working again and he helped us again and he installed our cardo 4X system that we purchased as well into both of our helmets helped us get everything paired up link to our phones and even assured that we were happy with the system and we could hear everything appropriately in the helmet he also made sure that the helmets were fitting our heads correctly had to check them according to the appropriate standards and made sure we were very happy with our purchase before we left the store. Our experience was great and we are very happy for Max helping us as well.
I wanted to try on my next helmet before buying. It's a bit overwhelming, all the options. Mason was really helpful - I feel like I have the best fit now but any helmet I have ever had (and I have been riding since 2003). He's really good - knowledgeable without being pushy, which is all I can ask for.
Kelsey, sales, stayed in touch with me throughout the purchase and delivery. She installed my Seña on my helmet and was very knowledgeable.
When I went to pick up noticed that the balance dot was not by valve stem and they removed. 75 oz of weight and moved the tire on wheel and rebalanced it and no weight was needed!
If you have my product in your warehouse, why wait to ship it? Lucky, I didn't need the product soon. I understand the 5-7 days before shipping. But that seems like a long time for 1 item, that only requires a shipping label applied. If I was Travelling, this would have been bad.

Bought two day delivery, but they didn't ship the order out for more than a week so two day delivery turned into more than a week. Don't count on the delivery times.
The order came decently fast. The order was correct. The only issue that I have w/ the way the order was shipped is that they put it in this huge box with 4 Aerosol cans of Lube and Cleaner and had it in there with minimal protection. When I got the order delivered 2 of the tops were off the cans and that could have made a mess and caused an issue.
Just a suggestion to do better with your packaging and securing the contents in the box. Besides that it was good.
I went to my local cycle gear to try on the Alpinestars SMX-6 vented boots and found the size I needed, customer service was great. I then ordered the boots in store to be shipped to my house, because I'm an RPM member they got here in like 2 days. Amazing!

I have been going to Cycle Gear in White Plains for the last 2 years for all of my cycle gear needs. The three gentlemen, Anthony Mason and Nicky are very friendly and helpful whenever I stop by. They provide amazing customer service and we are always happy to see each other. I highly recommend for anyone looking for gear to go this location. You won't regret it!

I ordered a helmet and when it arrived the lid did not have the Styrofoam pieces in the box so the helmet was just rolling around in the box instead of being secured in place while in transit. This is not an exceptable way to transport a new helmet.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
