Was to receive a 10% discount and was denied for some ridiculous reason

The online shopping was easy with a large selection of parts to choose from. Ordering and shipping was simple and affordable.

The staff helped pick out a helmet from the in store selection. They insured proper fit then ordered the color we wanted that was not in stock. It only took a couple of days to arrive. In store shipping was free and it was easy to pick up.

All I ordered was a front tire. Was supposed to be here on the 14th and FedEx struck again. They delayed and delayed the delivery until the 19th when it showed it was at the facility right down the road. Kept swapping from out for delivery to operational delay. Other than that Cycle Gear is great lol.

Received on time. Packaged ready to go. Hope I never have to use it, but if I do sure it will plug and fill tires as designed.

I was able to find the tire I needed, shipping was fast and as expected.

It came in a timely manner and it worked well for my 18" spoked motorcycle rim.

Nick at the Plano location was very helpful when choosing a new helmet for my head shape. I explained the issues I was having with my current helmet and told him some preferences without regards to cost. He pointed me in the right direction and still showed me multiple options rather than upsell me. He really cared for how the helmet felt and made sure I was confident in my decision prior to purchasing/ordering.

Bolted right up. No hardware was supplied but I have a lot of hardware laying around.

I ordered a replacement kit to attach my cardo to my new helmet. Items received in a timely fashion.

I needed two items for a trip to Colorado from Ohio, but I went on vacation to Florida. I usually go to the nearby store in Ohio, but didn't have time. I made the online purchase and it was delivered in a day or two and I had what I needed for my trip out west. Fast, easy, and just as described! Cycle Gear has been fantastic for me.

Bets hamlet I have put in this price range. The inside is very soft. Waiting to see how tell the top of my head and cheeks break in. But as a helmet as a whole it's very good quality and definitely worth the money especially on sale as of time of purchase.
