Isaac did a great job for us and helping pick out our new motorcycle helmets. He then carefully installed our spider communication system. The units weren't cooperating, but he stuck with it until he got both units to respond perfectly! Thank you for having wonderful employees!

The available variety at the physical store gives the opportunity to test fit gear, which is my preference. Nothing is worse than spending hundreds of dollars for your gear to not fit right.
Ordered 4 spark plugs. 1 came from Vegas within 2 days. 3 came from NJ and took longer than 2 days. Just because it's in stock doesn't mean it all shipped from same location

This is the second one I've bought, I won't admit to how many years and how many miles the first one was worn. Although there is a huge selection of jackets, this is the one I like best, wear most often and want to keep. Happily CycleGear continues to carry it - and it's been updated a bit too. Their customer service, sales assistance and willingness to stand behind their products keep me a lifelong customer.
Received a call that my order had arrived. Upon arrival they quickly found my order and asked if I would like them to install it. The part was installed quickly and carefully.
I was searching on Google for this an after market part but I only my bike model to go by and not the exact part. But the system found it and I hoped that it fit. When it arrived, it fit perfectly! Better than the other part.
Cycle Gear had to order my specific battery. I arranged for in store delivery. Time taken to get battery was super quick. My only quibble was that for the price paid I would have expected the battery to be primed with acid - it wasn't. All the personnel were knowledgeable and helpful.
I had difficulty receiving my order, but Cycle Gear support swooped in and made it happen for me. VEry bad experience in the store. Used on-line but took a lot of trust to size the correct helmet. The joints breat in different areas and some put more tension on the TMJ bones.
I had ordered at the Cycle Gear website for delivery to St Peters MO and that was timely. However upon opening the box and starting the install process noted that a zipper slider was missing. In addition, the box appeared to have been opened and retaped with material rolled up and stuffed in the box with the protective paper that would be between the windows, I assume, wadded up at bottom ofthe box. In addition, I received the back curtain as well--instead of only 4 soft doors. And that made me wonder what was going on. I would like a new kit as cannot fix the zipper, and believe I had received previously returned merchandise as well. I can return to CycleGear in St Peters and pick up another new kit
I called the *******366 number provided on the install sheet as it notes to contact Seizmik with regard to missing parts etc. I also sent an email to service at Seizmik.com as referenced on the instruction sheet.
I already had a tail bag for my Triumph RS Sprint, the new S2 tank bag i just purchased is a good addition to cary small items and has better access that the tail bag. I love the tank ring mounting RAM system for the tank bag, it is secure and looks good.
Item I ordered showed in stock ships in 24 hours, needed the part quickly so figured it would arrive with the other items in my order, nope. Nearly 2 weeks after ordering my part shows up on a Sunday night.
I made a significant purchase buying pants, jacket and gloves from Alpinestars. I received my order without the suspenders included in my pant purchase. I reached out to customer service and their resolution was not acceptable to me. An excise and that I had to return the pants and reorder new ones. Not acceptable because this situation isn't the customers fault, not my fault in the packaging process my suspenders disappeared. Did not want to utilize my time going through Cycle Gears process of resolving this issue. Will go without Alpinestars suspenders. Moreover, as big as Cycle Gear is, I'm not going to purchase from that store.

I had purchased a size M helmet at the Shenandoah store but it was a little too tight. Raye the sales lady helped me with the return and she was extremely polite and helpful, ordered a size L, received it a couple days later at home well packed and delivered on time.

Went to my local CycleGear didn't have the one I needed ( pixel pro 8), lots for Apple or Samsung oh well life goes on. Ordered it there at the store, four days later I got it. Life's still good.

Needed some new cold-weather riding pants and decided on Alpinestars. My local Cyclegear store had the desired model (Andes Drystar V4) in stock to check the fit; the staff was super-helpful in assisting me with finding the right size and getting the pants ordered. Shipping was right on time, I'm a happy customer in the Matthews NC store.
I ordered this Alpinestars jacket in size 3XL. Did so based on fact that I currently wear a 3XL Alpinestars leather jacket. I figured they'd fit the same as it is same size, same brand. However, the one I received is rather snug in the waist area. Regardless, I'm quite pleased with the styling, durability, and quality of this jacket.
The staff was super helpful helping me select the product that best filled my wants/needs. After receiving the product the staff demonstrated all the features of the product and oriented me on the proper use/operation of the item. The have been ready with any support/answers to any questions I have had for them. Thank you CycleGear staff
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
