This is an excellent place to shop motorcycle apparel. The Cortech gloves are excellent, the RPM Cash made the $100+ gloves come down to about $44, and the shipping was pretty quick. The only problem with this shopping "experience" is that I thought I was having it shipped to my home, but it was shipped to my local Cycle Gear. Not too bad a drive though, and I got a chance to scout out some other stuff. Very friendly staff too.

Shipping box was damaged. I recorded as I opened it incase the product was damaged. No visabel signs of damage, so I proceeded to install.
No directions so I logged onto the manufacturer site. After watching video it appears the box may be missing the instructions booklet and the inner box form to hold the device secure. Fortunately the equipment did work.

Ordered Sunday morning and had a FedEx tracking number that evening.
There was a hiccup with FedEx and they took my package across the country which delayed delivery a couple days. Otherwise no issues.

I Was looking for dualsport riding gear and the store did not stock what I'd was looking for. The store manager made some suggestions and before you know it found exactly what I needed! He ever doubled check the sizing making sure the order would fit properly and they did fit and meet and exceed my expectations! Thanks and will definitely shop that store again.
Great helmet fits very well, wind noise is 99.9 reduced almost to none, there are a few helmet prescription glasses-friendly, this is one of them. A little advice, the chin guard can be a little thicker, so it reduces the lower, engine, pipes, and road noise a little bit better. Other than that, I am very satisfied.
I've had several pairs of Dainese gloves, and the fit and sizing was as I expected. This pair was a little on the tight side, so I took some leather conditioner, and wiped down the gloves a few times, which softened the leather just enough. The smart phone finger works fine, but you need to make sure it's on the flat of the finger... the tip will not sense on the device. All in all... another quality product from Dainese!
I had the cycle gear preferred membership 2-day shipping and it took longer than the two days to deliver. Arrived 4 days after supposed delivery day.
Was able to try some similar gloves from the same brand on in store. So I knew what would fit best. In between large and XL but it was nice to know an exchange would be possible if necessary.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
