Love the Cortech Aero-Flo 2.0 jacket I just purchased from Cycle Gear. This is the second Cortech mesh jacket I've purchased. Liked my other one so much I decided to go with another Cortech product. The orignal jacket has lasted me for many years and still has lots of life in it. The new jacket is very comfortable and fits me perfectly. For me, these jackets run true to size. I went with the black and blue color and think it looks great. Have already gotten lots of compliments from family and friends about how good it looks on me. Quality seems ecellent and this one looks like it will last many years. Cortech products usually sell for much less than their competitors yet still provide a quality product. HIghly recommend.

I have narrow, skinny feet. Just like my mom. Rarely have I found boots that aren't too wide. After reading a few customer reviews about the boots that interested me, and considering the discount, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. It's as if they used my feet for the mold. The fit is uncanny, they're comfortable and lightweight. Maybe the most optimally fitting footwear I've owned in a long time. I don't even ride a motorcycle!
Have not tested out my waterproof pants but overall delivery was fast great and to my apt. Door as asked and comes in a baggie to carry
Fed ex, not Cycle Gear, dropped the package off on a neighbors porch. The address on the box was ours, but Fed Ex messed up. Not surprised though, they do that all the time at my job.

I bought A shoei chin curtain for my helmet and when it came in cycle gear called me and informed me that it was there. I went in and since I have been there a few times they remembered my name, which was nice. I got my package and I was on my way. I also got oil and filter, and they went and got it for me I did not have to do anything.
Willie at Bedford store was thorough, helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained the order process completely. The helmet arrived quickly and the break-in process was exactly as Willie described.

The only issues I found are that I ordered two different colors (white and black) but received only white; second issue was the lack of size info on the website, this Keychain are too big to be used as motorcycle Keychains.
Followed the item selection process, Placed the order and selected store pickup! Received the notification that the order had been received and to expect delivery to the local Cycle Gear by the next day!
I had the option to return tire right there in the store if not satisfied! My concern was the manufacture date code! I wanted to insure the tire was not sitting in the warehouse and was fresh! Date was week 11 of this year and was good for me!
First it appears I spoke with a robot! The answer to my question confirmed that a tire build date was not available till I received that tire! If the tire is not what I am looking for, the store can handle the return. All good for me!

These absolutely transformed the ride and handling for my 2013 Speed Triple R. Now the bike encourages me to push harder into corners. Would highly recommend for anyone with the typical stock riser bar on their motorcycle.
I placed an order online with a 10% discount. Helmet arrived at store with broken box and scratched the helmet and a replacement at store for same model, k had to pay back the 10% discount for an exchange. NEVER buying again from CycleGear.

Buying gear, or parts from this guys it's how it should be! They help you, they guide you to choose all you need. Walk in store is always better, no returns, no regrets, no loosing time actually. Since you get exactly what you need! They riders themselves, so it's experience speaking. :)
CycleGear has always been great to work with, especially with returns. Buying gear online is tough - you try your best to get stuff that will fit, but sometimes that doesn't happen. Being able to return items in the stores makes that process better.
Order came one day later than expected. No problem. One of the brake shoe packages had been opened. Close inspection shows no damage.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
