Ordered helmet in store and received it 3 days later. Great experience.

Order a set of Morocco to ventilated pants to go with my jacket. Unfortunately the waist size and the pant length combination were not a good fit. Medium size was good for pant length but waste was too tight. Large size was good on the waist but the leg length was too long and would bunch up.

I order a sedici jacket and have the 2 day shipping because I have the riders preferred card.
Best card I ever purchased it always saves me money and gets me 2 day shipping.

The order was processed fast which was nice because I no longer have a garage to place my bike in and its been raining. As with past orders this one came as intended.

Rony helped me in the Allentown store, answered all my questions and offered to order up the jacket I wanted when my size wasn't in the shop. The jacket came quickly. Thanks for a great experience.

Cycle gear had what I was looking for in stock and at a fair price, the only issue was I selected an express shipping option and unfortunately the order took a few days to ship and then the shipper (USPS) held the shipment for an extra day in the shipping process which caused the parts not to arrive in the timeframe I needed for an event.

Came as described and salesmen were very helpful, after being very disappointed with a previous brand, I was glad to see how helpful the team was.

The product is awesome. The delivery time has a bit to be desired.

Love these Frogg Togg rain pants for motorcycling. I like the "reach through" pockets, the reflective piping. And how light weight they are. AND they are made for women (often a rarity in motorcycle clothing). However, the right leg of my first pair melted on my pipes. It seems the heat resistant material is not quite in the correct place. Ordered two replacement pairs because it seems this particular product is being discontinued. WHY?

Delivery and available pickup was quick and ready on time. I was contacted by store staff as well as automated messages (email and text) to advise that my order was ready for pickup.
