Brooke helped me with a new helmet. She ordered a XXL for me and told me if I didn't like it when it came in I did not have to take it. Brooke also installed a cardo 2X inside the helmet for me and went over how to use it. Great person.

Gear can fit everyone differently and each brand fits either looser or tighter on a certain person. I appreciate that there's a store out there that carries a variety of products to try on from beginner friendly to full on track riders
Was waiting on this helmet and visor, as soon as it was in I got the email and ordered! Had it within two days and in perfect condition! Super excited to use it.
It took 5 days to ship the tire the equivalent of a 5hr drive in my car. First the package was delayed due to a missing label, then it was delayed for an unknown reason. The order was placed on Sunday, Shipped Monday, but wasn't received until Friday. The staff immediately got it mounted for me, since my wheel had been sitting at the store since Wednesday, the day it was suppose to arrive. Cycle gear customer service was great, FedEx dropped the ball.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
