I got a Rev'it Tornado 3 jacket to try it out and see how it worked as my first real motorcycle jacket for myself. It fit just like the measurements in the sizing instructions said and the jacket is well constructed. The packaging was professional and kept the jacket in good condition in transit.

I was very impressed with the overall online experience with CycleGear, from in store assistance in Charlotte, North Carolina to online order and delivery. I was a little disappointed that I could not fit the motorcycle jacket in store but fortunately the jacket I ordered fits me well.

I received the battery quickly but when I activated it with electrolyte solution, it wouldn't fully charge just up to 10 1/2 V so it wouldn't start my machine, so I took it back to Cycle Gear and they let me exchange it for another one That was already activated with the solution in it and ready to go
They had the exact item I needed. I had it delivered to the store so no shipping cost and it came quickly. Very happy with the process.
Tires came on time and were quite a bit less expensive then the dealer. Only negative is that the way they were packaged. The rear tire was pretty scuffed up from the delivery.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
