A gift card is a good gift for a cycle person. My recipient will use it for clothing or accessories.

I ordered an 18" TUBliss bladder and a 21" along with a roll of rim tape for each wheel. I immediately got an email that the 21" bladder was out of stock and they would refund me for that item. What I received was 2 18" bladders and 2 rolls of tape for each wheel. And no refund for the 21.

The only thing I have to say is, I'm 71 and no one helped me with rolling in 2 wheels and tires, (didn't even hold the door open) or help roll them out! There were 3 attendants working and not one asked if I needed help. Other than that, its was good.

Everything went well. You didn't have the white I wanted but you did have the alternate, silver, that I ordered.

My order was retrieved and brought on the date that was expected. As for the employees they were able to guide me a bit more regarding my purchase and knew how to properly explain the items.

I really enjoyed working with all the people in the local cyclegear store.

Front tire for my Harley. Paid to mount and Not balance because I'm using Ride on, tire balancer. I don't think it's fair to charge full price for half the work?

I've always had a great experience with the staff at my local Cycle Gear. I love that I have a store so close.

Ordered a jacket online. Was delivered on time, quality is good. Selection in the online shop is good.

I ordered two pair of boots. Both fit perfectly, they look great and are very comfortable. They also feel like they have great ankle support and protection.

Good quality only thing is it fogs up sometimes but other than that would definitely recommend

They have great people working in the Palm Desert store. They greet you as soon as you walk in if you need help, they'll show you anything and explain anything in the store. And if you just wanna browse and look, let you do that with no pressure and they will come and help you if you have any questions.
I purchased stuff and have it delivered to the store super efficient. I go out of my way to get to that store. The Palm Desert location is amazing.
